Friendly Attentivr Staff!
I ordered a turkey and provolone (regular) that was listed at $7.77 on the board behind the workers. The employee charged me $9.99. When I insisted that the price was $7.77 she said no. They said their prices had gone up. When I said that the Board had it at $7.77 they had a deer in the headlights look and refused to charge me the price on the Board. I will not be going back and I WAS a regular customer.
I went there on Saturday for a big kahuna , got my sandwich drove home , ( 3 blocks away) took it out to eat it and bread fell apart, there was barely any cheese onions jalapeños or anything just dry meat and broken bread! Worst sandwich yet! Tried to eat with fork but just ended up giving to dogs! I usually get great sandwiches there but not this time!!!
DEAR LORD ..... FIRE THE ENTIRE STAFF. I can't believe I stood here for the 30min it took to make 2 sandwiches when no one else was in line. Out of parm bread at 7pm on Friday night. Staff mives in slow motion. I could have walked back there and made all the orders and mine faster.Avoid location if possible.****Edit*** Left without dinner because after 30min they realized they cooked the wrong thing.
We went to Jersey Mike’s at 4:30 in the afternoon. I watched the team member place the signs on the door stating they were not making hot subs because they were understaffed. We went in and there were zero customers in the store. I asked the gentleman up front making the subs if they really couldn’t make a hot sub (since they just put the sign up and there wasn’t any other customers in the store). He said they couldn’t. I find this extremely lazy…especially when they aren’t busy at all. It looks like I’ll be going elsewhere to get my subs in the future.
Ordered food to be picked up at a specific time. We got there 10 min after that time, order was not made. The employees did not have any sense of urgency, nor was there any other customer in line. It was a bit disheartening that nobody seemed to care, nor apologized. Not to mention an employee took several personal phone calls during the time the food was supposed to be made. We won’t be returning :(
Food was on par with Subway. My order and the other online or call in orders had to wait a minimum of 20 minutes beyond the pickup time before the orders were ready. Store was dirty. Staff would throw food on the floor and just stand on it even though there were extra Staff not preparing food who could have swept and kept the food prep area clean.
I am very upset that my cheesesteak really was bad. I decided to go here for my birthday for a quick bite to eat. Meat was over cooked to much cheese not melted enough asked for fried onions not enough of those. The bread was not fresh seems as if it was sitting out all day. Last but not least wasn't enough steak on the sandwich it was just bad period.
I went to jersey mike's on 8111 Creedmoor rd. ral, nc this evening. I was so disappointed once I arrived home. My steak was over cooked, to much cheese not melted enough. I ask for cooked onions barely any onions on the sandwich at all. The bread was not fresh seems as if it had sat out all day. I will never go back to this jersey mike's ever again to make things worser it was my birthday just awful.
Worst Customer Service Experience EverWorkers fighting about who will work and make the sandwiches. Lazy unsupervised illiterate crew. Customer suffers.
