I like Jersey Mike's because they're always trying to do something to help the community. Like having all the proceeds go to help in different types of organizations. And yesterday was one of those days. But the sandwiches are divine. The most important thing about any place I go is customer service. And Jersey Mike's has excellent customer service.
This place was disappointing but the most disappointing was wasting my points on a free Chicken bacon ranch sub and it wasn't made like i asked. Hell, it wasn't even made like how it was advertised. I've never ever thrown out a Jersey Mikes sub. First time for everything... I wouldn't recommend this particular location after today

My go to jersey mikes location. They can get busy but the staff does a great job and the food is always delicious. Drew the manager also deserves credit.
So yummy!The team at Jersey Mike's on Falls of Neuse filled my online order perfectly!The sub I ordered tasted awesome today, and they even read my note to add a cup of vinegar (which at other locations seems to be forgotten). Great job!
Definitely missed this place been awhile since I had sub from this place I love there subs and staff is always friendly
Curbside took 40 min outed longer than they posted and they failed to provide the full order. When I tried to call I learned the phone has been disconnected. Not the first time they have failed in customer service. Last time we’ll go there.
Staff were pleasant and helpful. Our order was screwed up though. Didn't realize til we got home.
Placed and online order and when I went to pick it up it was not even ready. They never apologized or anything for not having it ready. They weren't even busy so not sure what the mix up was. I ended up just walking out but I still was charged on my credit card. I am still waiting a response from the email I sent but nothing after almost a week. Would not recommend this location.
