Very unprofessional location. I called to place an order they never answered the phone. When I walked in they were not busy only 2 people in line. Most of the staff were in the back playing around and not attending to the customers at all. Will not be back to this location. Got my sub and the cheese wasn’t even melted I ordered a hot sub.

They prepare good food but I placed an online order that they stood and watched for an hour since ordering. The receipt for the order was on the counter and they finally realized it was their after I kept continuously asking them. Absolute poor service

Jersey Mike's on New Bern NEVER has enough staff. They just got back to staying open past 4 pm and today they are only making cold subs, due to a staff shortage. I waited 30 to get a sub. It was delicious.

Ordered online. Got there waited forever and gave up...rather refute credit card..could have taken my whole night. Understaffed. Overwhelmed. Undertrained. People leaving from line. Employees and customers peeved. 100% the fault of some cheapskate manager. Its almost same at all Raleigh locations.

For starters: ordered online, got there and sandwich still wasn’t ready. The workers seemed slow, overwhelmed, and confused. Hard to tell who is in charge but definitely lacked any real direction. Waited 20 mins while they made other customers’ sandwiches before I finally got the sandwich I had already paid for. Got back home and found it was the most poorly made sandwich I’ve ever seen. Meat hanging way off the bread, drowned in so much oil & vinegar that the bread was soggy. This used to be my favorite Jersey Mike’s in all of Raleigh. They were quick, efficient, and sandwiches were always good and fresh. Service and quality has been going down for months but today was the last straw. I will NEVER go back.

They apparently don’t know how to read someone’s Uber order. This is the 3rd time they have gotten a simple order wrong. This time they sent two of the same sandwiches…. I do NOT recommend ordering online or delivery. They don’t have their management on the same page.

Really poor training onsite here, the slicer who i believe was a manager or shift leader had no direction or leadership with his crew. He himself gave me poor quality bread and proceeded to leave the line after slicing. The sprinkler did not clean the board and didn't know "Mike's" way, I had to direct her in making my sandwich. No communication at the register at all either. I got a turkey club and was charged for a #7 with bacon. I don't blame the staff because the manager probably did not train this staff and seems to need training himself but, no sense of urgency at all from the crew either so they probably aren't cut for this. Manager of over 5 years with this company.

This location never picks up the phone , came in and asked why wasn’t I able to call for a pickup because I’m pregnant I cannot be on my feet for long just to hear them lie & say they’re busy walked in and only one customer others are doing absolutely nothing !

worst customer service called to cancel my order as it was placed for pick up and I need it to be delivered. When I called the store the employee who answer the phone was trying to help but was unsure what the proper steps where to cancel he then reached out to his manager who after being explained that I needed to cancel the order started laughing while I was still on the line listening to him laughing stating that after the order is paid on their online website you may not cancel. I was then put on hold by the employee who proceeded to ask the manager the same question for this manager to continue laughing (no I was not muted during this phone call)
