I went here after the episode at Bob Evans. This place us much nicer and cleaner than Bob Evans. Even though it was early, the staff was friendly. It appeared they were in the process of filling a very large order, as 7 tables were filled with bags and boxes of food. I got my food really fast. Since it was early the ice tea was not ready and the manager said, well just choose from any of these. Restaurant was clean, quiet and comfortable. Certainly a place to return and eat again. This time maybe later in the day-say lunch.
Normally have zero issues with this place, but tonight I was delivered an incomplete order through Uber Eats, and when I called the store to report it, I was told I'd have to take it up with Uber, since they were informed that the order was short. Way to blame the driver, who had absolutely nothing to do with the food they were delivering. Y'all might want to look for better staff.
Great salad buffet thats always stocked with yummy items! Wish they did shredded carrots is my only complaint.Don't forget they offer Free ice cream ?
I haven't been to Jason's in a long time. The food was plentiful and delicious before covid. I want to blame the bad experience on covid. Everything is covid fault.lolI was extremely disappointed in my recent visit. I received a salad with Italian dressing on a sub bun with an almost unnoticeable amount of deli meat. I ordered the Italian po-boy. What in the world happened!The deli meat had a strange taste to it so I wasn't unhappy about the small amount.I really wanted it to be good so that I could add Jason's back into my lunch time options.Oh well...
Ordered a salad bar to go. OUTSTANDING! Everything was so fresh and delicious. AND the potato salad & hummus from the salad bar was AWESOME. Can't wait to try more of the menu!!
We recently moved to this area. Each time we have been in this eatery, there has been: (1) numerous uncleared tables inside and outside, (2) dirty tables from not being washed properly, (3) food on the floor, (4) dirty menus; and (5) the front doors are so nasty I wouldn’t want to touch them. The salad bar has food from other containers mixed in others containers. But what really concerns me is the lack of customer service. The last two times, we had to interrupt staff conversations to receive service, which we were then given an attitude. Management needs to intervene.
Great lunch today with girlfriends from Bible study. Food great as usual. So much to choose from. Had a great fresh salad..ordered a Reuben for home. Always yummy here..
Clearly ordered cornbread muffins.These are not cornbread. Chocolate?Normally they do a good job. But this was a miss.
This establishment is extremely clean, including the bathrooms. It's well laid out for indoor eating, and manages to accommodate a reasonably large number of people while maintaining reasonable social distancing. The food is absolutely amazing! 5 out of 5 would recommend.
Pickles in plastic was a TERRIBLE idea. They taste awful. These we're one of my favorite things about Jason's deli but now all I taste is plastic ?I'm not sure who came up with that idea but it was not a smart one.The food other than that is good! The pastrami and beef are one of our favorites. We always get their broccoli cheddar and plain kettle chips as a side. One of my all-time favorite desserts is here, the strawberry shortcake. I don't know what they put and that whipped cream but it is phenomenal. I will take their strawberry shortcake over homemade any day.
