I stood there for 4 minutes. A lady came out put 10 patties in the heater. A guy walked by the window twice and no one said hello, welcome, we will be right with you, no nothing. She looked us right in our face and all. They are rude, horrible customer service and they're not worthy of our hard earned money with that level of disrespect. I'm Jamaican and ain't no way y'all have to be that rude!!!!
Giving them a one star is "too many"! God-awful food! Not fresh! I had to throw everything away and order fast food for my kids. I went there around 3pm--no customers, but "Ms. I Don't Smile" gave me the wrong order. Therefore, I was charged for the oxtail but got Curry Goat instead. The brown stew chicken is the worse! The two orders of curry goat were a watered down, smelly mess! Tried calling but "Ms. Friendly" didn't pick up the phone. I have NEVER had food this bad before!
The past owner was awesome. Food was authentic , everything was seasoned to the bone. Even though cook never had a smile on his face. Since this owner took over its not the same.
The establishment is in a good area. The atmosphere and decor is worn, the staff could smile and act welcoming...yet the food is tasty and full of flavor.
Love their cabbage and boys sons are rude they have thier sometimes helping out. They was born here so why they got to be rude to customers me don't knu but me won't be back after lunch since that when they're there.
Food is terrible. Plain and simple. The jerk and curry chicken ordered tasted like anything but jerk and curry chicken. The mac and cheese was hard and rubbery. Never again.
Its not authentic Jamaican food . The rice was even missing the peas. They already didn’t add butter beans…flavor was off . Then the cabbage was very mediocre/spicy. Last but not least the oxtails were tuff and tasted very americanized/bland . Anybody could make this plate . Don’t waste your $$$.. prefer lees before this anyday
I am a regular customer that goes here a lot I went in today and the person cooking the food did not have on a mask I will not be going back to this restaurant ever again there were several customers really upset because he did not have his mask on and sorry but you have lost several customers thank you

Ordered brown stew, Mac and cheese with rice and peas and it had no flavor at all!! The macaroni and cheese was dry and didn’t taste like it had any cheese in it. Brown stew was such a disappointment. very unsatisfied!!
