Young lady working Saturday night was awesome! I don't know her name but she got me some gluten-free cookies. You should give her a promotion or something!
Any kid at NC State will tell you how good Insomnia Cookies are. They're so delicious that there is usually a line out the door but it moves very fast. They have gluten free cookies too but you couldn't tell by the taste. I usually pick up a 6 pack when I go! Also have gift certificates which make a great gift for an undergrad studying for exams.
I would say that every Insomnia cookies is pretty much the same. Same cookie options and same taste. The cookies here weren’t as warm as they usually are, but they still tasted good!
Just make sure youre very clear with what you're ordering. Went in late one night and the associate tried to charge me for a "deluxe" product when I did not mention anything about wanting it upgraded, which by the way is usually double the price of the classic version. Thankfully I caught it and saved myself the headache and money. I don't know if they're trained this way or not but just a heads up. The classic version of my cookie ice cream sandwich was absolutely delicious and plenty portion wise.
I always have a great experience at Insomnia Cookies on Hillsborough Street. I often get a late night craving and make the short trip to this conveniently located cookie shop, as they are open until like 4am or something crazy. My favorite is a cookie-wich (pictured) which can include any cookie and any ice cream flavor. They also have giant cookie specials that are huge and stuffed with things like Reese’s. They always keep them warm and if you go suuuper late they might even give you some leftovers for free.
The cookies are amazing! My fiancé, my Mom, my sister and I absolutely love these cookies!!! They are amazing! We love the confetti, snickerdoole and the vegan birthday. I'm not a vegan nor is my family but we love the cookie. It taste pretty good. This place is amazing ? Def recommend!!! ??
Employees were nice. However the cookies quality was subpar. Eating their cookies after exposure to Crumbl cookies felt like a downgrade for me. I bought a 6 pack and I just don’t think it was worth my money.
I just left insomnia cookies and I found a long piece of fine thin blonde hair in my cookie. I was so disappointed but I went back inside and got it remade. The cashier didn’t even say “I’m sorry for the inconvenience” I well not be returning! Check your cookies before you EAT THEM!
Cookies are amazing and warm!!!! A patient of mine brought us some and since then my coworkers and I love them!!!! Didn't even know a place like this existed!!
