This is a very relaxing place to eat lunch and a terrific value for lunch. Very nice atmosphere with relaxing background music. Their lunch specials are steals. They give you an entree for around 7 dollars and they give you a good portion also. Also the food is not real salty either which is a plus. I ordered Moo Gai Pan and it was really good. They also have excellent Egg Drop Soup. Service is pleasant and efficient. This is a great place to have lunch and one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area.
My favorite Chinese restaurant reopened for dine-in service! It's been 2 years of searching, unsuccessfully, for a suitable replacement. It's a bit of a drive, so take out really didn't work. Not your average take-out joint with big pictures of the food on the wall served in Styrofoam containers. Great wait staff, great food, great restaurant!Throw 'em some support as they get their legs back under them!
This is my go to joint in the hood. I love their chicken fried rice and the spare ribs are a good app. My wife got the sesame beef and she enjoyed that as well.
Great family owned restaurant. We had the PANCIT, imperial fried rice, and the beef and broccoli and it was all great!!! Five Stars!!!
we Called multiple times to make an order. No answer. I actually drove there and saw people Workingin the restaurant and knocked on the door to get her attention and no one acknowledged us. Tried calling from the front of the store. Terrible customer service
First time here. We haven't found any good Chinese food in Raleigh. Went to Five Star a couple months ago and had an incredibly bland/tasteless meal. But imperial garden met our expectations. Very nice customer service, efficient ordering and pick up and well made food.
The hot shredded beef was delicious! The to-go process was efficient and easy. They have plenty of safety protocols in place for COVID-19.
So the food is phenomenal here. But there was no fortune in my fortune cookie? I can’t help but think it’s a sign that my days are numbered. I’ve been checking around every corner ever since. I can’t even take a bath anymore because I’m afraid that’s how things might end. I tried calling but they said they didn’t have my fortune either. Also the general tsos is slightly more tender than the sesame chicken but you can’t go wrong.
Always delicious and I hear they are making plans to reopen indoor dining soon. I so wish them success. Fast, friendly service orchestrated by such a lovely couple. I am anticipating their wonderful weekend brunches again where I have observed families, partners, and individuals immediately feeling connected to the staff and wanting for nothing. The service is top notch! And the prices so reasonable. A delight to visit for lunch, dinner or their past buffets with live piano entertainment! Hoping it's all back again.
This used to be our favorite Chines restaurant in the Raleigh area - unfortunately we have seen a decline in the quality of food since the pandemic (take out service only). Our last 2 take out orders were not up to their usual standards, not sure what has changed, but something is different. Portions are skimpier (more vegetables and fillers, less meat and seafood), and the food was just bland. They are supposed to be reopening their dining room in July, hopefully they will regain their previous level of quality.
