Ordered at 10:54 am for 12:05 pm pickup. Arrived on time, order not ready. When I asked for an update as I was being ushered out of the waiting area, I was told that they had no idea when it would be ready. At 1:05 pm I called from the parking lot and then I am told that the order hasn’t been started yet — why couldn’t they have been straight with me at 12:05 so that I could have cancelled then?I was told it will be another 1/2 hour, they will text me. Call back in 30 minutes. Now it is ready. Why didn’t I get a text?Pick up the order, but it was for a different Michael. Call back and they hang up on me.I saw their sign that everyone must be patient with them because they are short staffed that day, but they should have been straightforward at the onset. They shouldn’t have accepted an order they couldn’t fill. They should have been honest when I showed up and given me the option to cancel then, instead of just viewing me solely as an obstacle in their waiting area. They should have texted as they said they would. They should have done their job correctly at the 1:35 pick up. If they had at least done that, they wouldn’t have messed up 2 orders, which would have been better for them. As it is, I will need a different place to order brunch from now on.

It was good. Good service, food made quicker than expected. It was clean. My only issue was the seating we had. There was like a wall with slats that had a little open window to a family next to us. I thought it was a proper wall between us and other customers. But other than that it was great!
If I could give 5 stars just for our server, Rambo, I would! He was so polite and sweet. Treated my granddaughter like a little princess!But the wrapped flatware was greasy & dirty, the coffee tasted like it was made with soapy water, and the pancakes had no taste at all. The syrup had to have been re-warmed many times. This location didn't smell clean when we walked in, but my granddaughter was excited to go to IHOP so I have it a chance.Doubtful I'll be back.
Got the Ultimate bacon and sausage breakfast it was fair. Bacon was over down, but not crispy. Service was good. Coffee was a little stronger than I like.
Their blueberry pancakes are delicious. The staff is always busy so service is as best as it can be, I guess. Overall a positive experience.
We ate at this location for the first time today. The customer service was AMAZING!! Our server's name was Rambo. He had such a great personality and was very helpful. The food was great as well. We'll definitely be back....
I can't tell you how many door dash orders I got from here during the pandemic working remotely for hospital IT. They saved me. Then I was pregnant and they saved me with pregnancy cravings of pancakes and eggs. The food is great, they're always on time and the price for volume and quality is totally worth it. I went in person with my son around Nov 2021 and it was just as good in person and service was great. They are the only place that has never messed up a single door dash order, and the packaging is amazing to keep it hot and fresh. Thank you all for your awesome work, you really do save people- to the chefs, staff and managers thank you!
My fiancé and I came for brunch. Once we were seated, we waited for awhile and had numerous wait staff walk by us. We were beginning to wonder when were we going to be acknowledged. Our waiter was Rambo, he was nice. The food was delicious once it arrived.
