en si Ihop me agrada mucho pero en el restorant que visite hoy la verdad del 1al10 les doy un 6 creo tienen poco personal la atención no fue de 10 pero creo fue por eso antes mencionado...igual lo recomiendo

I had breakfast at IHOP on Capital Blvd in Raleigh for Mother's Day. I ordered T-bone steak with eggs and cheese. My steak was grayish with no browning from searing. It looked and tasted like a steak that was steamed. Eggs didn't have cheese. Bacon was not crispy as requested. I didn't want to wait another 45 minutes to get my food, so I brought the majority of the meal home. There was totally no way to fix that dried up tasteless steak. IHOP, I wasted $20. Leave the steak up to the professionals

Ordered a breakfast burrito, chocolate chip pancakes, and a chocolate milkshake from this horrible, over-priced IHOP. Anyways, my complaints are the following: I never even received my milkshake. I know nothing was taken because I have a Google Nest camera at my door amd checked. The chocolate chip pancakes have an option of coming with chocolate batter, and I have selected that before and did that this time. There wasn't a single chocolate chip in these pancakes. Not to mention they were smashed together, but I understand that may happen when they cool and are so lazily stacked on top of one another. However, just because the pancakes are chocolate, doesn't mean you can skip the chocolate chips!!! I have pulled them apart, searching, and I am now 100% positive there are no chocolate chips. I paid $14 for these chocolate chip pancakes, are these people kidding me? I will be filing a complaint with uber and expect to get my money back. I attached a photos of the $14 pancakes so others can see themselves. Also, they gave me gravy with my burrito (weird and disgusting anyways) but the lid wasn't attached properly and poured on top of my burrito! The entire order was ruined or not given to me! DONT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS RESTAURANT. It also has a ridiculously long delivery time and I know it is because they take forever to give the order to the drivers. The drivers brought it immediately to me and I am a mile away and it was cold, so I could clearly see it wasn't the drivers fault. Likely sitting on the counter until it was nice and cold. Idk why I ordered from them to begin with,. This has happened before.

Worst IHOP I have ever been too. Waited in the entry-way for 15 minutes and there wasn't any staff to seat my family. Mind you there's parties ahead of me who stated they've been waiting a long time. Then I had to go get the staff to find out what was going on. The staff were just standing in the kitchen laughing talking have a good time while customers were waiting and way I speak to a staff member I'm told that they not allowing anyone to dine in but yet there's people already dining in. My honest opinion they get NO stars

I had a BLT and it was absolutely delicious at this location. Veggies are crisp and seemed fresh for the time of year and the bacon was right on the money..I didn't even mention that I liked my bacon crisp and it was perfect. So I gave it a 4 star plus...5 stars in my book is exceptional all the way around and plus some so its pretty hard to get 5 stars from me and it's also hard to get 4 stars so if I gave it 4 stars then it definitely earned those 4 stars.

It was okay. However, NO bad reflection on the staff. The employees were doing the best they could. They like many establishments were very short handed. The few staff they had were doing double and triple their work loads. So, we had to wait a long time to be seated. We waited on our order to be taken and delivered. So, the food was cold. No big deal, I've had worse. And I wasn't in a hurry so I remained. The staff remained friendly although you could tell they were under a lot of stress. Kudos to them. I could definitely tell Covid has taken a toll on this facility. I hope they survive until better times arrive.

Did not take long to get seated. Place was getting busy with Sunday brunch crowd. Heather our server was double sat, but was able to take care of us and the other table with no problems. The food was fresh, hot, anddelicious. Eggs cooked perfectly to order. All refills in a timely manner. Special requests handled perfectly (sugar free syrup and no powdered sugar on the French toast).

I placed an online order for curbside pickup. The order was confirmed at 10:10am and told me it would be ready at 11am. I showed up at 10:55 and tried to call repeatedly. The phone was not answered. I went inside at 11am and checked in with the host. She brusquely told me it was not ready. I waited 10 minutes and asked for an update. She went to the back and told me they were bagging mine. At 11:20, I asked again for an update. She went back and then told me they had not started cooking my order. I asked to cancel it, and she went to get someone else. Although 1130, they informed me that they were out of several items on my order. They also were unable to cancel my order because no managers were available. I was given a phone number to call and request a refund. I've been trying the number repeatedly, but no one ever answers. I drove 10 miles, wasted 2 hours, have no food, AND have to keep trying to call over and over without an answer to get my refund.

I was traveling past STORE ID 4408. And attempted to place an order between 4:15 and 4:22pm last Saturday. Person who picked up(male voice). Answered with hello and did not use any IHOP branding to open the call. Then pretended to not know the menu and LIED saying that they did not take to-go orders over the phone. KEEP IN MIND this is STORE ID 4408 and IS A CORPORATE IHOP LOCATION. I had 3 minutes of unproductive dialogue with that staff member. I started to go to that location to speak with the MANAGER ON DUTY. But decided to take my business someplace else ALSO I wanted to get a comparable experience before I posted. I realized it is hard to find good staff to work and this IHOP STORE ID 4408 had to close during the first year of the pandemic. And I assume you had to hire all new staff..... Not being good at your job is excusable. LYING ON THE COPORATION AND REPRESENTING THE IHOP BRAND IN AN UN PROFESSIONAL MANNER IS NOT EXCUSABLE.

The waitress was very friendly and polite. Made us feel comfortable.
