Disappointed in the quality and service of this place. We were missing several items in our order and for whatever reason they put a cold salad with a hot sub in a styrofoam container, which just ruins the salad. Wouldn't recommend unless it's your only option.

We visit this place because of the convenient location. Nevertheless, we noticed the dishes are loosing quality, and the staff members are always different. We have felt disappointed too often, we are not coming back.

Burger was amazing. A pitiful portion of fries! And the chili cheese fries i got for my wife were literally just throw in the box with barely any chili

Extremely rude man working the grill. He yells at the other employees and other customers. The food is okay but I wouldn't need it if he was cooking. Saw him touch his face and his nose and then continue cooking.

I was kindly greeted as I entered the restaurant. It was clean and bright. I like the refreshed menus. Fast, friendly service with good quality food at good prices.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but today I have to. I ordered a huge order online. First: We all ordered lemonades or orangeades. Upon arriving to the store, we were told that they did not have any more of either of those drinks. The worker did make our sweet teas larger for the inconvenience. Second: When we finally got our food, upon opening it, we found that they were VERY skimpy on the steak in our cheesesteak. I included a picture of this. There is hardly any steak on that huge bun. They also did not put lettuce, which we paid extra for, on 2 of our cheesesteaks. This will be the last time that I come to this location.

Visited on 1/15/22. The food wasn't bad, except for the custard looking more like frozen store bought ice cream. The staff were friendly. However, my family will not return - at least not to this location. Regardless of one's individual political stance, evidence overwhelmingly suggests that mask wearing, regardless of vaccination/booster status, curbs COVID spread and illness. With the personal tragedies that many have faced losing loved ones and being sick themselves, why does the management of this location feel it is acceptable for masks to not be required of staff and customers while they are not eating or drinking? NO ONE, not our server nor the cook, who breathes and may inadvertently get saliva on everyone's food had a mask on. NO ONE. This is inexcusable in this day and age. To help prevent COVID spread, please don't visit Highway 55 in Forestville Crossing in Raleigh at the intersection of Hwy 401 and Forestville Rd.

I've ordered from this Hwy 55 three times and they've been horrible every.single.time! I have pictures to prove it. This time my dinner was puddled in grease, cold, soggy with a wilted salad. Nasty!

While placing an order, the cashier stopped our order layed our money on the counter and proceeded to help some one else. We have been here a few times before that with no problem. Even though they are not the friendliest place. Then on to someone after that. Without an apology or anything. The restaurant only had about 4 customers and the manager, thats who he claimed to be, was sitting talking with some other people. When the rude cashier called to the manager that we needed a refund he responded rudely and didn't fix the situation. One star is too good for them.

Went into this establishment to order ice cream, fries and an orangeade and I was disregarded not once but twice!! Before my transaction was finished, the cashier was servicing other customers that came up behind me before my change even came back to me. The girl stopped helping me and gave refills and seated people and then tried to finish with me. When I asked for my money back, she was uninterested in helping me. Called the manager and he basically argued with me. Will never be back to a racist environment such as this one!!!
