fast friendly service and the wings were on point!

Brooke was such a sweet heart! Not only gorgeous, but so friendly and fun! ? Thanks for the five star service and being so fast and kind! Truthfully, I wish I could give more than five stars!! My husband and I will most definitely be back! ? ? ?

The wings we ate were good. The staff was awesome and we had a great time hanging out. Thanks you for letting us be part of your night HOOTERS

We were here for our bi-yearly visit for Duke vs. UNC. Wings were on point for Hooters and waitress was good. She was not as friendly as we have had in the past but did a good job getting drinks and food was put on time and still hot.

Just left Hooters and drove back to my hotel down the street, literally, and my boyfriend ordered a burger & fries, it was sooooooo cold! I ordered a ceaser salad with extra dressing and got my salad, no extra dressing for this dry “Lettuce salad” with no cheese & I specified cheese, and they forgot my boyfriend’s Pepsi that we paid for! I literally called this establishment 9 times to make them aware and as full staffed as they were, no one answered the phone!!! I will be returning tomorrow to discuss with a manager because this is unacceptable! I expect way better service from such a reputable franchise! If I could give zero stars, I would!

Disappointed. Ordered buffalo chicken sandwich to go and when I sat to enjoy my meal I found burnt bread. On a lunch break I couldn't go back to get fixed. I don't understand how someone can knowingly serve burnt food.

good food and beer. great atmosphere and great waitress.

The wings!! Cold beer and great service.

great food and nice ppl serving you

I’ve always liked their food. But it seems like the quality of the food, drinks and service has gone out the window. They got rid of their drink menus so you have to scan the code on the table to pull it up on your browser. Which we did and they had happy hour advertised so we thought great! We’re within the time window. When I look around for the waitress I notice her getting her hair braided by another employee..because that’s the professional thing to do. Finally I get someone to call her over and I ask what ingredients go in one of the drinks, she couldn’t tell me except that it’s sweet .. okayyy we order the drinks and they were terrible. I returned my drink because it was awful. She brings me something else equally as bad but I didn’t bother to send it back. I ordered fish and chips they bring it with no tartar sauce. Once I ask for it she brings me some packaged tartar sauce and I asked don’t you all make your own? No we don’t. If I recall Correctly they never give packaged tartar sauce. It was disappointing to say the least. Tasted horrible. The fries were bland and soggy. No taste whatsoever. They bring our check and as I review it I notice we were charged the full price for the drinks so I questioned it and waitress says oh the happy hour doesn’t apply to North Carolina and got ready to walk off. I said no ma’am hold on.. the drink menu says it’s happy hour and I showed her she was clearly bothered so she brings the manager who apparently has never even seen the drink menu on the browser because she had no idea what I was seeing. I show her and she tried to say the fine print must disclose that this location doesn’t honor the happy hour rates. I ask to point out where the fine print is. Couldn’t show me. Then she says your location has to be on for it to default to this location. My location is on ma’am. I told them that’s false advertising then. You guys need to fix that. After going back and forth for a few minutes she ends up telling us she’s going to remove the drinks altogether from the tab. I was fine with that but the experience was bad all around.
