Always clean, employees happy & helpful. We love this Harris Teeter

Typical Harris Teeter, being a Monday the shelves were a little bare, but I was able to get everything I needed.

I enjoy shopping here, but what really gives this review 5 stars is how I witnessed the staff here treat a vulnerable member of our community. They went above and beyond in every way to treat this person with respect and love. From the gentleman helping with carts up front, to the guys working on maintenance in the freezer section who showed amazing patience and customer service, management, and of course the folks in the checkout area and at the Starbucks. They were all amazing and truly lived out the values of what it means to serve those in your local community. Thanks to all of you for your compassion and fun spirit in service to those around you. Very well done!

This store has a slightly unfamiliar layout. That slowed the shopping down, just a bit. Great wine selection, and a decent variety of local beers. There's also a nice seafood section near the back. The full service checkout lines were inconsistent and slower than usual. The self-check area is a designed bottleneck. The entry/exit is also a traffic choke point.

this store is so big and clean and shiny... Probably the nicest grocery store i've seen honestly... Only place outside of NJ you can sometimes find pork roll which is nice.

Amazing store! Amazing experience! ? However if there is one thing I would fixed about this store "Harris Teeter" would be to have one located in or near New York City; that is its only flaw! ?

With the closing of Kroger, HT became my regular grocery store. Strongest department is produce followed by their meatsBakery is ok and cheeses good if not great. Prices are higher than mainstream options like food lion but not as pricey as Publix.Update 2/20/22Continues to deal w minor shortages. Still more minor inconvenience than critical. It has a good meat and produce department.

I don’t recommend this location unless you’re shopping during prime hours. Arrived on a Friday night 90 minutes before closing to do my weekly shopping. By the time I was ready to check out at 8:20 (40 minutes before closing), they had closed all of the check out lanes except for self checkout. Ended up having to pile bags of checked out goods in the cart while digging for more items underneath because there’s not enough room at self checkout to bag $300 worth of groceries. Three cashiers stood watching while several of us struggled with full carts. Ended up tired, frustrated, with smashed loaves of bread, broken eggs and squashed tomatoes. I’m a Loyal HT customer but will not be spending my time or money at this location again.

Good store. HT and Lowes are my go to stores now that we lost Kroger. I do miss my Kroger. Even though HT is owned by Kroger and even has some of the same store brands its not quite the same. But the next best thing since kroger abandoned NC.

I love this store. People are kind and friendly and the store is well stocked. My only complaint is their floor really hurts me to walk on, so I like to find my items and get out.
