I'm not sure how you can leave the hot fudge off a hot fudge sundae but yet they have. this location has been gradually going downhill for the last year. we're done with this company it used to be something to look forward to but they can't get an order right to save their lives.
This place has everything from makeup, cleaning products, pet products, snacks, candy, frozen and fridge food, cheese, ice cream, soda, juice, chips, batteries, computer and phone accessories, gift wrapping, bags, party supplies, home decor, seasonal summer beach and pool iteams, toys, craft and school section, I mean the list goes on. Its like merging a Five Below, small corner grocery store and Hobby Lobby together with a Home Goods feel. Love this store!!!
The frozen custard is always good and the sundaes are great. Sometimes the lines can be really long, I've had at least one order get mixed up, and sometimes the staff seems confused but it always works out in the end.
I'm now a believer: Custard > Ice Cream.That said, this is a more premium product than your average frozen dessert, expect to pay premium prices. If you love ice cream it's worth every penny.
Goodberry’s is my favorite place for a frozen treat! The custard is so creamy and delicious. So much better than regular ice cream. We usually get the vanilla and add our favorite fruit or candy. I love it with raspberries.All the locations around Raleigh are great but we usually go to this one.
One of the best local places in town that is a must see when you have people visiting! My favorite is the concrete with chocolate and oreos but tons of options! They also have milkshakes and banana split and other food items!Anthony was GREAT today knocking out tons of orders alone and in such a great mood!Check it out!
Normally is a great place but tonight the oreos were barely blended into the concrete. Was similar to a mcflurry where there is literally nothing at the bottom.
Standard visit to Goodberry's. We went because the flavor of the day was gingerbread. I love malt, and I got malt and cheesecake and it was absolutely amazing! They also had peppermint bark custard on sale, which was simply divine! Goodberry's is always a treat, for the whole family to enjoy. We love coming here and getting flavors of the day, I highly recommend gingerbread next time they have it!
Poor customer service , typically the service here has been good I'm visiting from out of town and wanted to go to a childhood favorite of mine. After waiting 20 minutes for a small cup of ice cream and sundae I asked the status of my order after seeing multiple orders go out that the cashier seemed to know. We were informed she lost our ticket and didn't know what we had is why she didn't make make. Definitely not the best way to handle it as she could have simply asked instead of making us wait. Unfortunately I will not be back irs ashame this customer service has been reduced to this
