My son decided on this location and what a great choice! We took home a box of 6 and I did not hear one complaint from anyone. I got the Midnight ...... (I can't remember the full name) and it was phenomenal! I don't normally eat cupcakes, but I would definitely eat this again! The cupcakes were moist and very flavorful. The customer service we received was great too! I highly recommend Gigi's Cupcakes!
They used to good but the few times I’ve gone (months apart) the cupcakes have not been fresh. They are hard and nowhere near freshly baked. Especially the strawberry!
There is black mold on the trays do not eat here! The food is never fresh, the cupcakes in the fridge are over a month old. The manger is never there and the management is very sorry!
Good cupcakes but $5.20 for one cupcake is insanely expensive. Should be like $2-$3 each
Ordered dozen cupcakes for my wife for Valentine's Day and she loved them
cupcakes were extremely dry and stale. very disappointed because it’s so cute inside, but the frosting tasted like sugar straight from the jar, and the cookie cupcake had a chemical-like taste to it.
Order was not ready, cupcakes were terrible and overpriced
I had my 1st vegan chocolate cupcake. It was so delicious. I will be back again to try other desserts. Service was great too
Gigi had to have changed their recipes. The cupcakes taste nothing like how they used too. I would hope the owners would see these reviews and rectify the situations. Wegmans and Publix cupcakes are superior tasting.
Cupcakes are super dry and have a stale feeling. I don’t know if it’s because the cakes are stored in an open case where the icing doesn’t completely cover the cake or because they hold stock over from previous days. Never had this issue from SmallCakes in Cary, or HappyCakes in Morrisville. Even Walmart’s cake slices have more moisture. I won’t buy again.
