My ice cream was very creamy and delicious! I got the banana pudding ice cream. The cookies still had a nice firmness to them and the bananas were fresh! They were definitely not stingy with the scoops! I wouldn't have gotten a large if I knew that it would be loaded down like that. Could've settled for a small sure paid for it later on! ? But it was worth it! I'm glad my friend introduced this place to me! I definitely will be returning.
Go to Two Roosters instead, they have better service, way better ice cream. Went to FRESH. during peak hours so we had no problem waiting, until they lost the ticket with no apology. Waited 15 minutes to remake ice cream after we waited 45 minutes for the original order. So we were there for over a hour and change for a couple scoops of ice cream. Didn't offer free ice cream or refund. Employees clearly dont enjoy working there. This place has very few topping options for sundaes. Experiences like this make you not want to support local businesses. Terrible management and terrible ice cream, bees were attacking everyone in line. All the tables were filthy to sit at. Go elsewhere this place is overrated.
It was ok - ice cream was not the greatest. I've had better. Beware, the workers don't wear gloves!!! They straight touch all cones with their bare hands. I was appalled! From a sanitation standpoint in these days in time it's disgusting!!!!!
Love this place. Best place to get fresh local ice cream. The flavors are awesome and the monthly flavors are always fun.
The banana pudding ice cream is the best flavor! You cannot go wrong with any flavor really. Very creamy and fresh quality ingredients.
Great selection of flavors - some regular and popular flavors, but also unique ones too. Includes a couple of dairy-free options. Popular place, so there can be a line...but we've never had to wait too long. And worth the wait...excellent ice cream.

We are obsessed with Fresh! Absolutely fresh and incredible with dairy free options so everyone can enjoy! It is a popular, locally owned business but do not let the line intimidate you. They have it all together! They expect the crowd, have it staffed appropriately and it goes by fast! Added plus, outside seating!The flavors are amazing along with the staff. Customer service is exceptional….Something rarely seen now days. Friendly, Fast, Efficient, Fresh and locally owned. There is a positive vibe there with the staff, music and energy. I encourage everyone to give it a try!
I never submit reviews, however my experience with the so call best ice cream in Raleigh required a tasty, flavorable note. The ice cream is cold sugar with very little real flavor. This ice cream is for those who prefer to satisfy their sugar fix. Real ice cream has great distinct flavor, creamy and solid. I recommend this business to evaluate their recipe and start over.
First time coming here. Got a double scoop of vanilla and banana pudding for me and my wife got a non-dairy chocolate milkshake. It was all so good and very quick!
