Delicious food in a cozy authentic setting.

Second time visiting Flying Biscuit Chapel Hill. Had the pancake breakfast taco. It was two pancakes loaded with eggs, cheese and chicken sausage. A lot to eat and very good food. This place to make my permanent breakfast location list.

AMAZING food and excellent service for a large party of 10! Everyone loved their meal?

Music super loud…food good but the music omg is breakfast time…we had to yell at each other not relaxing

The food was phenomenal. Our waitress was phenomenal. Only sour taste in my mouth was the African American female hostess and her sidekick were rude, unprofessional and thought it was ok to mock, make faces, rude comments and laugh at the fact that we had the audacity to follow up with them, regarding our position on the waiting list after an hour and a half of waiting,. We were estimated an hour wait. Making faces, acting as though we were bothering them, at their place of employment. They were absolutely rude. Not friendly AT ALL! Sad when you are treated like that from your own. Already have to deal occasionally with that type of behavior and servic from those who don’t like our community.

Nothing special about this place in mind. The atmosphere is cool but the food is just average. I’ve had better biscuits at Hardee’s and Cracker Barrel.

The Apple jelly w/ the biscuits is an awesome appetizer! The cafe lattes are pretty darn good here and their grits are my favorite! I haven’t had grits like that since I went to New Orleans-so creamy and tasty! Cool artwork too!

Food was okay, but witnessing two employees go at each other made for an uncomfortable experience. We were barely checked on by anyone, just not a good experience. Also, the fact the waiting staff didn’t know the local liquor laws is a bit concerning. The flying biscuit is a fitting name as they seem to be flying by the seat of their pants…the staff needs to be better trained.

First of all GREAT food. They brought out some biscuits at first that were so very soft. We also has some frickles (fried pickles) that were about as expected. Finally I had the stuffed French toast breakfast and it was amazing. Not to mention the waitress that we had was very friendly and talkative (in a good way).Overall I would definitely recommend this if you are in the area great food and staff.

This was a very nice place to get brunch! We came on a Sunday morning and there was about an hour wait. It was worth it though! The biscuits were hot and fresh and the spread that came with them was so good! The french toast with raspberry sauce was delicious! The creamy dreamy grits were some of the best grits that I have ever had!
