I like the food here. It is always great! Only issue I had the last time I came in is that the cashier was difficult to understand. Probably not the right person taking orders of they cannot speak clearly for others to understand. She was friendly, but everyone in front of us and behind us struggled to understand and had to ask her to repeat themselves multiple times.

DO NOT EAT HERE!Normally I love Five Guys. I have been to many different locations but this one is actually dangerous to the body. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it came out pink and tasted off (I was hungry so I just ate it). I also ordered a milkshake and the lady who made the milkshake wasn't wearing gloves and had band-aids on her hand which is disgusting because she literally stuck her fingers in my milkshake with the band-aid hand. Fast forward today and I now have food poisoning due to the food that I ate at this Five Guys. I may send in a report to corporate to see if they can get somebody in here because the food safety practices are non-existent in this establishment. I don't want band-aid juice in my milkshake. I used to work in a retail kitchen and the rules I had to follow to even touch anything related to food were rigorous. I couldn't even touch a different food item without washing my hands and getting new gloves. I had to get a food handlers permit too and demonstrate to the place I worked that I could handle food safely in a commercial environment! I guess not all places feel the need to follow health codes! If you want a great burger, go to Backyard Burger! They actually wear gloves and make a delicious burger that isn't pink and milkshakes without band-aid juice. Now I am all for a little pink in a burger but not from a fast food place. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Well staffed and clean dining area! As with everything, pricing has gone up. After tax, $18 and change for dbl patty cheeseburger, reg fries, and reg soft drink. Not the best value, but food is freshly prepared and the staff are very friendly.

20 min on my order while the employees just kept looking over at us. Also when you go to five guys and you order a large fry, you usually got too much. We got a large fry and almost couldn't share between 2 of us.

First time having Five Guys, and to get a burger that is pink. I am very disappointed to pay so much for a burger and having the first time experience that everyone was talking about to get a PINK burger.. I pray I do not get sick..

Usually I have a positive experience. However, we weren’t even able to order food when entering tonight at 7:55pm.We saw the bright red OPEN sign and even double checked the door which claims to be open “7 days a week until 10pm”. We were yelled at across the room that no more food was being served without further explanation. We were disappointed that we had to drive out of our way for one of our normally favorite burger joints just to be treated so negatively during normal dinner hours.

stepped in to this store a few hours ago to make a to-go order (they aren't allowing inside seating), and I was immediately told they aren't taking "outside orders"Apparently they were supposedly so busy they couldn't be bothered to even ask me to wait. There were 3-4 people making food, maybe 6-10 people TOTAL in the restaurant.

Where shall I begin? Joyce, the cashier was rude and rolled her eyes at me when I asked a question. The entire crew got into an argument very loudly in front of the whole restaurant. The food was not worth the price at all. I will not return. I have never been in a restaurant this bad in a long time.

Staff took off at 4pm today, a full 4 hours short of closing. These guys have inspired me with their work ethic, and I plan on leaving midway through my next surgery. I just have to remember to tape a paper note apologizing for the inconvenience on my patient.
