Worked here for 2 days. Apathetic co-workers. There isn't any proper training so it's no wonder why everything is out of place.. not stocked... Or dirty. Other locations don't seem to have this issue. ?
Went great for a pickup order, except I saw an employee slapping a few coworkers on their hat, including the manager, several times. He then decided to go jumping in the back, and finally decided to put on a mask, only his mouth. Keep your hands to yourself, and learn how to wear a mask properly if you’re going to wear one. It’s your place of employment, not a playground.
Place is okay, prices have gotten crazy, you get burger fries and a drink your close to spending 17 to 20. That is sit down restaurant prices. Food is good, fries could use a little more cooking.
Good food, but the customer service is great. The cashier has an attitude when we asked a simply question. The place also isn't clean.
I really like 5 Guys, this was not as cleaned. However it was nice to see staff coming in washing their hands before shift. Now, if they can wear their mask over the nose.
If you're looking for a good smash burger, this is the place. Regular burger comes with two patties which are decent sized! If you're not that hungry, consider the "little" which on a single burger. Plenty of toppings to put in your burger.Five guys are also known for their fries. Again, good portions. Fresh made fries made from potatoes direct from a farm!Did i mention they have milk shakes? They do and they're delicious!! Gotta try one (or two) is these.Staff at this location is very friendly and helpful, checking in with us to make sure our meal was what we were expecting.Only have it for stars because of the price. It's not cheap. Between my wife and I, the total came to almost $35. We split fries and she got a milk shake.Well be back...
Lunch with coworker, always a good choice for a burger. Pretty fast service especially for how busy they were. Very friendly staff
Great crew! They worked together to fill lots of orders and kept the orders rolling! Loved our burgers and fries!!!!
The dining room area was not clean, not even the floors or tables. The trash was full in both areas. They had enough people there to have someone make the place presentable. One of the workers had on two pair of gloves, while he swept the grill area and the dining room area. I know he didn't change them. With this pandemic we are in they need to clean better. They have a sign on the door stating that they pay $17.23 a hr, this place should be cleaner. This was one of the most uncleanness Five Guy's I have been to. The food was good but I hope I don't get sick.
Standing at the door, it's past 11 am and the doors are still locked. Why is it that 5 guys never open or close on time? This is my 2nd time trying to buy gift cards, the other location closed early, this one opens late ?♀️. @11:06m, a female employee walked to the door, while stuffing food in her mouth, and unlocked the door. The cashier said "our credit card machines aren't working, since yesterday, but we can try." Didn't work, so I still didn't get my gift cards. She says I can buy them online.
