Our family stopped through after a move on Mother's day. The burger tasted good, however the fries were over salted. I love salt so imagine these fries were swimming in salt. The lower rating mostly comes from the terrible service and lack luster experience at the counter. I won't be back to this location due to bad customer service. You get the feeling your business is not appreciated and they just want to get you out the way. Zero patience for customers ordering food.
This branch is the worst. Idk who is managing this place. Ordered online . The delivery drivers never picked up my order and the drivers kept changing. So I drove there myself to find my food was never ready to start with. Wonders why there were different drivers every 5 minutes. Because they probably got tired of waiting and didn't picked up. I'm never ordering or dining here
Will not be back after I seen a woman walk into the restaurant and order holding her dog. The employees are not supposed to serve her because that was a health code violation and it clearly wasn’t a service dog. I’m so disgusted!!
Best Burgers pricey but good
One cheeseburger with a small fry and a fountain drink (or a standard meal at a normal restaurant) costs over $17!! I know places are raising prices, but that is insane for potatoes and ground beef. I could have gone to a nice restaurant with table service for a $20 lunch lol. My burger also came out missing the onions and pickles I ordered.
I love five guys restaurants, and this location is typically the one I will go to. I have always had a good experience, but I just went and had horrible service. There was one other couple in the restaurant, so we stood in line for about 4 minutes, while three young employees just chatted around the prep area, obviously seeing us and making eye contact. One man who was sweeping came up and asked "Have yall been helped yet?" To which I replied "No" then he just walked away into the back. Then we waited probably another 5 minutes, just out of curiosity at this point, as we were about to walk away, then finally had our order taken by one of the young kids. Food was fine, and order was correct, and I understand this is a chain, but this was straight up the worst service I have seen, second only to a McDonalds I went to in Tennessee. Hire better people, and fire the bad ones. They are making the whole chain look bad. I wont be back.
Staff here goes above and beyond. Food is what you expect from the chain if you’ve been there before. Tasty greasy burgers.
Great fries and all, also kinda interesting send like someone robbed the Rolex place it something next door ?
I’ve always been a fan of 5 Guys. Apparently they have changed the sizes of their fries (maybe it’s only this store). The Regular size fries comes in same size cup as the free water cup (about 8-10oz).
Service is a little slow depending on when you go, but staff is friendly and food is tasty once you get it!
