I come to this place almost everyday before work and it's tried and true. Anna was my server was super friendly just like all the servers here, gets my day started off right! PS I recommend their omelets!!

I don't recommend this place on any minor or major holiday. I came on father's day and had the foresight to get on the online waiting list; still, it took 30 minutes to get drinks and much longer for food. Lots of miscommunication; I was told I could get a second drink, waited 20 minutes, asked again and waiter went to get it, then he came back and said they weren't making another batch since it was about 40 minutes to closing time. Food was overcooked and I had it remade, and it still wasn't right. So glad that the manager came and took off what I wasn't able to eat. Everyone else enjoyed their food, and my drink was good. Would probably give this place another go, most likely on a weekday.
First Watch was an overall good experience. First of all I just wanna let you know that my impression was this restaurant was definitely tailored to a customer that is in tuned with healthy alternative meals. The food was good the service was good overall … the only issue I had was after we finished our meal and was sitting down just chitchatting it took the waitress a while to come and clear a table. When I went to the front to cash out and pay for our meal I stood there for over five minutes before someone came and was able to receive payment. This all happened while it seem like there was a lot of chatter with the employees and if I was the owner this would be my top priority. Bathrooms were average in cleanliness. But all in all I would recommend first watch Especially if you’re into healthy eating and have any food allergies!
Friendly Service. Although can seem chaotic when busy. It can take a while to get your food sometimes. Sides can be hit or miss. This time my breakfast potatoes were slightly undercooked. However, the rest of the meal was great. Good Breakfast. My favorite has to be the special Breakfast Drinks. I really like the Kale Tonic. Had to get one to go!
The food is delicious, and they have very healthy options. The staff is nice. The server Makala was the best. She served us quickly and was always very respectful and convenient. I loved this place, it's my new favorite spot!!!!
I always have a great breakfast/brunch experience here at this location. Gigi (especially) gives kind and thoughtful “service” attending to my enjoyment of my time while dining. She’s attentive, timely and always has a loving smile. Shows particular concern and care for this “Senior” patron, and I do notice and appreciate that.Mark (one of the Managers) shows great leadership and handles the smooth running flow of what must be really busy times daily. I get the impression he “really” cares about his employees and wants great employee connection with every customer. Kudos to this location!! You do it well!
Sunday breakfast with family; not too crowded (but busy enough not to worry "what's wrong?"); service was excellent (Penny), and food was prepared just right. Veggie frittata - excellent. Will certainly go back!

I have eaten at First Watch and Sondra was my waitress. She was great! She gave great customer service, was very polite, and made sure we were taken care of. We got our food in a timely manner. It was very yummy!
