I’m not sure what to say except WOW! I’ve seen a lot of places and stores in the last few years especially with bad customer service and some with okay customer service but this particular FHS has exceptional customer service!!!!! I am blown away. The manager or owner who was working was also training a new employee while backed up with multiple in house as well as online orders. he treated every customer and every employee as if they were the most special person in the room. He was beyond patient and encouraging to the new employees, not making them feel as if they had done anything wrong or were being too slow, etc. To all the customers one by one he took extreme care to make everyone smiled, make sure everyone’s order was exactly as they wanted and gave cups of water to those who were waiting an extra long time. I like fire house subs but this manager at this location has made me a raving fan! I will be back!!
It was so dang good. Especially that bread. I wanted the brisket but they were sold out so I got the Italian instead. Not disappointed. It was toasty, with melted cheese and spicy pepperoni. Blew me away so good. Blew me up too. Haha. But can't swear it was the sub that sank the ship.
Do not waste your time going to this place. My 3 year old nephew makes better Mac and cheese. Not Only is it expensive but your paying more than your getting. However if you feel like buying food and being disgusted while you eat this is the place to go.
Disappointed. Typically great quality and worth paying the extra $$ compared to other sub shops. Our meatball sub was on point. The NY Steamer had modifications and it seems they may have been an afterthought, maybe ignored. We called Firehouse and they asked us to bring it back so that they could make a new one. Not a bad gesture, but now we are driving back for their mistake without something to redeem it.
First off this location was really loud because they had like 10 teenagers in it and the lady at the till was rude, clearly I can order when ready I really didn't need her permission or rushing to order. Will not be going to this location again.

Best subs you will ever eat
I was struggling today and went to Firehouse to order subs for my family. The man taking my order was extremely kind and thorough. He made sure the order was right and was really patient with me. I’m addition, he gave me three cookies for free as I left and told me to “have a better day!” I was so impressed with this location! They are awesome!
Pretty good.Sometimes service is slow because this location seems perpetually short of help (even years ago).Otherwise this is a very nice spot to get lunch.
Closed for business at 630 when the sign says 9 pm. Don't go here
