Drink selection terrible, never asked what we wanted on sandwich, not very friendly
Found a food label in my food. As an assistant kitchen manager, I found it disgusting that it wasnt only in my food but the date was for Sunday. It is the Wednesday. Disappointing.
I am more than disappointed, why, the experience was horrible, the young lady helping me told me she'd been on her feet all day, this I understand but being short, showing irritation, and rushing your customers isn't going to solve that problem, maybe even create a few more issues.I got the "Hook n Ladder" when my order was ready, I asked did you add the firehouse sauce, her hand comes slamming on the counter with souffle cup, containing the sauce, then 5asked where do I get my brownie, her comes the hand again, with this brick like brownie, or maybe it was a brick, she was slamming in front of me.The experience wasn't a pleasant one at all
The Moral here is AWFUL- they do NoT want to be here - hot my sandwich wrong an then acted like it was my fault that it was wrong after waiting 23 minutes gor a Sandwich oh an the chili ???There’s no love in this house - terrible misrepresentation of Firehouse Subs ! I wouldn’t stop here guys if I were you . Had to wait another 18 minutes to get the correct sub with an eye roll
Always a great sandwich and friendly staff.
First sub came out on wrong bread wheat ordered white, second sub they replaced it with bread was hard like it was left out. Pick another Firehouse not this one.

Sick and tired of this place screwing up our order. We have only gotten 3 of 11 online orders to go (pickup), during the COVID months, that have been correct. Today was really screwed up. My wife ordered her Turkey sandwich,NO tomato, onion, Mayo, or deli mustard. Add x-cheese. My Hook n Ladder, NO lettuce, tomato, onion. I get home with our order, we fiid that my sandwich has lettuce, no cheese, no Mayo, and no deli mustard. Just turkey, ham and lettuce. And, it was cold. Like the deli meat just came out of the fridge cold.Her sandwich had Mayo and deli mustard.
