Walked tonight placed my order. 38 minutes later i asked what taking so long.4 people came in after me and received there order before me. Got no explanation just a meek sorry from the girl. Funally got my 2 subs and all i get was a "sorry" and he didnt even look up and make any kind of a offer for patiently waitng almost 40 minutes.Sub was ok but was mushy. Way too much mayo. I wore a it..Customer service seems like a thing of the past

we ordered online and it said it would be ready at 7:05pm and i got it at 7:40pm. i stood in there for 40 minutes waiting for my order seeing people come in and out and then got told by an employee “we only prioritize walk ins” which is kind of ridiculous. if that’s the case, cancel online orders from your website because hungry people are waiting way longer than we should for our orders. food is always delicious, but very frustrating.

Very good. Both ladies were hustling. Very busy but I got out pretty quickly with everything I ordered made correctly.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I tried to get a sub there Saturday night and got to the store at 2040 along with another lady. We were told that because their refrigerator was not working they could not make us anything. They already had everything cleaned up and we're getting ready to go. I was trying to get my wife a gluten free sub from there because they use Scharz bread and she loves their subs. I will not return to this location. The other lady said she tried to call but no one answered. If your hours end before 2100 then it should state that.

7:40pm closed, Door locked, Staff cleaning and lights out. Sign on door says 8pm tonight, drove 30 min to get it for tomorrow. Glad I didn’t order online.

Missing an entire sub. Missing pickles, after ordering extra pickle spears. Meat was cold. Bread was untoasted.Not going to be coming to this location again, so disappointing.It's okay to make a mistake. It's not okay to have an apathetic attitude towards your customers after you messed their family's order up.

The bread was extremely dry falling apart had a cold cut sub one slice of turkey 1 slice of ham pathetic sandwich.. We'll never eat at another firehouse subs ever again

Been going there for several years. Yes, they know me there, and that's saying something about their professionalism. It's always a delight to go there. The food is always outstanding. The place is always appropriately staffed, clean, and efficient. This location is an excellent example of how a fast-food restaurant chain should be run. If you are thinking, "hey, it's a sub place, how hard can it be?" Then try some other sub chains. You'll appreciate the staff and food quality of this Firehouse Subs; I promise you. They're sweating the details. Somebody is training their employees properly here, but it begins with hiring the right people, which they've done here.

The recommended a brisk with beacon sandwich.She did not fail me.I got a foot long and I was so stuffed.Going to get it again

Guy at the cash register wasn’t wearing a mask (not THAT big of a deal, but still). Didn’t even greet me when I walked up (kinda of a big deal, at least fake it and say hello). Young lady who gave me the sandwich i said “thank you” four times before she even looked up and finally said “you’re welcome.” It cost nothing for people to be nice. Especially if I’m spending money there.
