My husband and I are frequent patrons of Firebirds Wood Fired Grill. With each visit, our experience ach time is different, in each location that we've visited. The waitress was attentive to our needs, but my steak was awful. Not anywhere near what my steak was like during our last visit. I was extremely disappointed. The outside was burnt. Nowhere near the medium well that I ordered and the Southwest Au Gratin Potato were over cooked as well. Again, I was very disappointed.

Made reservations with OpenTable. Arrived at the restaurant and was seated immediately upon giving my reservation name/time. Great vibe and enjoyed the music that was played throughout and my choice of entrée.
Celebration of anniversary
Love Firebirdâs. Food is always good as well as service. On this particular outing, there were some things I werenât fond of or felt needed a change. While I was sitting at the table after getting my drink & putting my order in, I removed the straw paper & just bawled it up & left it near me on the table. One of the waiters just reaches over into my space to grab the paper. I just he wouldâve said excuse can I grab that from or something if that nature instead of just reaching very near me to grab a tiny piece of paper. I ordered the lobster fondue salmon & it came with one side. The size of my salmon was small so to compensate for that, it would be nice if the entree included 2 sides.
From the moment we walked in the door with a friendly greeting, to the superb service and food! First time dining here and we will be back! Thank you for the fantastic service and meal.
Celebration of our anniversary it was at a shift change but it was a smooth transition. Ribs were great our potatoes were cold but they were quick to resolve the problem. Great mocktail selection. By far one of our favorite places to eat!
2 of us ordered steaks. Ribeye had soo much fat to have paid $40 for it. Filet was a little better. Hamburger was over cooked as well. Best thing was the 1/2 price double black diamonds which we were charged full price at first. Had to remind the waitress they were 1/2 price on Wednesday. Weâve been to Firebirds many times. This by far was the worst.
Everything was great! Seated promptly, service was perfect and food was delicious!
