Great Mexican restaurant! Great food at great prices! The staff is friendly, helpful, and prompt.Today I got the Pollo Tropical, chicken with queso sauce, pineapple, rice and salad. The chicken was cooked nicely and the flavors were tasty.Have been here several times and will be back again.
My nachos were rather bland.Also, they were covered with lettuce.The lettuce was not drained well so the water soaked then chips.However, the kitchen smelled GREAT so maybe I just ordered the wrong dish.Guess I'll have to visit again & try something different.
Horrible just horrible food! There for Mother’s Day dinner. Just shocked by the poor quality of food. Chips where hard and stale, salsa was bland with absolutely no flavor, but cumin. I ordered the Carne Asada the best of the best low quality meat. It was so rough and tough and extremely chewy. My husband ordered a combo w/ enchilada, taco and Chile rellenó. Taco was a stiff hard shell store bought and the Chile relleno was just the Chile with ground beef, the cheese was totally off not even Mozzarella cheese. Absolutely the worst Mexican food we’ve had ever. All three of us ended buying pizza. Totally a waste.
Would 100% return here again! We did get confused going expecting $2 12 oz margaritas but it was their old website. Now the special is 24oz for $8.50. The margarita was delicious though!! Very worth it. We also ordered cheese dip, chori pollo and arroz con pollo. Both were delicious. The staff was quick and friendly as well.
Nice place that was different to eat at during an out of town conference and was within walking distance of where I was staying. Food was fantastic and the server was wonderful! Well worth the walk and time!!
Consistently solid Mexican food. Great service from gracious and friendly staff. A great value overall! The bar is a real sleeper...great jumping off point for a night downtown.
Eat here very often as it is within walking distance of work. They are always pleasant, food is always delicious and VERY fairly priced! Between the outstanding customer service and the quality of food, I am a forever customer!!
Best Tex-Mex in DTR! Unpretentious and generous servings with great flavors. The place to come when you're tired of micro-greens and craft salsa and being overcharged for small plates in an artsy atmosphere.
I love this place. Giant comfort food dinner? El Rodeo. Healthy veggie dinner? El Rodeo. Fast to-go food, beer, delicious enchiladas? EL RODEO. Can’t beat the price, the taste, or the wait!(Also- their chips and salsa is underrated. So good.)
Fast, friendly service! The prices are good too. Definitely recommend the Nachitos for lunch if you want something filling and are in a hurry.
