Hello! i ordered some food and it took 30 minutes to be served. after we ate for 10 minutes i got something else, took at most 15. my friend ordered hash browns. took 20 minutes. im super mad, i thought this place was good. also a lady working there who got our order she talked with some girls for 20-30 minutes (the beginning of the paragraph)never going again! also people going wild in the bathroom.
Note that it’s drive through only until 7am or someone gets around to unlocking the door. Not awesome for a morning place adjacent to a neighborhood (ie, for people walking there). Would be nice if Maps allowed a business to list separate drive thru and dining room hours. As with many restaurants nowadays, there is high turnover so don’t expect great service.

The team members were friendly and quick. Drink was great and donuts were delicious. Satisfied the Sunday craving.
Normally this is my Dunkin of choice, but today, not so much. My sausage egg and cheese wrap was part hot and part cold. Disappointed because this particular Dunkin is usually on it.
The capuchino was not good, and it was less than half the cup they served it. They were rushing attending and not polite, the cheese on the croissant was so cold it make the bacon cold. The other things were ok.
I’ve been to several Dunkin locations in the area and this is by far the BEST. The customer service, product quality and availability, and speed/accuracy of orders is always top notch. I especially love the early Friday morning crew. Thank you from this pregnant and tired healthcare worker.
Okay, here's what you do: You first go have a drink at Brixx (next door to Dunkin'). Then you have dinner two doors down at Gym Tacos. Then you come here to Dunkin' for dessert!Super clean. I love this location – no traffic here (yet).
Guess nobody was happy. No matter how many donuts you order, you expect to eat the flavor you ordered. Teams needs better training.
Always a problem now here and there. Today was... We can only take mobile orders. Other times.... Order isn't always correct and missing ingredients. Used to be great ... Seems to be slipping now.
