I’m very dissatisfied. This same situation has happened twice where they close the Dunkin way to early. It was 2:30 when me and my mom tried to enter the store on a Sunday. The doors were locked and there was very loud music playing. A teenage boy walked away when he saw us trying to enter the Dunkin. They were pretty much partying while they should be working. And yes, they do offer going in store at this time. We checked the hours that they close and it is around 4 pm. They need better workers.
I have been here three times in the last two weeks and they are out of my first, second, and third choices of donuts. the caramel in my salted caramel drink is non-existant.I encourage this store to improve its standards immediately.
Slowest service. Some staff are unfriendly, including the manager. Won't be back after waiting 20 mins in drive thru for a mobile order. Fix your store or make room for Tim Hortons. LOL
I get it, everywhere is short-staffed right now. But if you are so short-staffed that you can only handle one car through your drive thru every five minutes, maybe don't open. Or maybe pay your employees more money - I'd happily pay an extra $2 to not sit for 30 minutes in your parking lot.. Until that happens, I do not recommend coming here.
I always stop here at least once a week before carpool at my daughter's school and they are always so friendly! I always enjoy my experience when I stop there. No matter what coffee drink I get, it's always so good and made perfectly!
Pure Heaven. I’ll take a cup of coffee, a jelly and a plain. Throw in another one just for fun. Love this stuff.
I’m absolutely appalled. When I walk into the store, a staff member sees me and announces “ we have a cockroach on the wall”! I’m glad that your staff calls customers “cockroaches”. I USED to stop be once or twice a week. It will be a cold day in h?&l before I EVER come back.
They need better quality control here. I ask for the same thing every time I go and it never taste the same. They really need to get better training on how to make drinks. My last time coming here. They put a glob of sugar in my drink when I didn’t ask for it. I said extra cinnamon sugar on top. Like the bottom is nothing but sugar.
Depending on the time of day your favorite donuts may be gone!
