Staff seemed disorganized, orders were taking a long time and not being handed out. people in front of me asked six times for their donuts after they had received all four of their custom beverages. Their order had been sitting on the counter. I had eaten my donuts and still waited more than 5 minutes for my coffee. They even tried to give me the customers in front of me donuts that were sitting on the counter. when the manger came out of the back it still wasn't as helpful and organized as it could be. they were still asking for their donuts when I left, only to see them walk out behind me with the two boxes and bag that had been on the counter the whole time. after they had to ask for a drink carrier for four drinks, but the guy behind me with two drinks got offered a carrier.
The current manager here is amazing and there’s a SUPER SWEET girl who works here, I’m not sure her name but she has black hair and some tattoos. Sometimes I have to wait a long time depending on who’s working but the manager and girl that work there now are seriously so amazing. I’ve been coming here for years now
Food was not good. I had to get a refund. Found hair in my drink. Manger was nice and apologetic.
Consistently the worst Dunkin out there. Painfully slow service at the drive thru and inside. Not uncommon to sit at the drive thru for 30 + minutes. Not worth going to. Find somewhere else.
Waited 30 minutes for two iced coffees. Slow and inefficient is an understatement. Many other ‘s waited 20 plus minutes for simple orders. Will not be going back.
It is truly incredible that I had to wait 20 minutes in front of the cashier for someone to wait for me one of the guys was on a video call with his girlfriend showing what he was doing and I was waiting for them I left without ordering because if I waited longer I would arrive late to my work and I was left without breakfast really bad
Super Friendly staff. Place needs little cleaning, but mess might be due to they are being just done with lunch rush. Convenient location
Awful. I ordered ahead on the app and it took 29 minutes to get my food and drinks after I arrived. It took nearly 15 minutes between the time I checked in at the intercom and the time I actually received my order, and by the time I received it my coffee AND food were already room temperature. First time going to this Dunkin and I will NEVER be going back.
Worst DD ever… coffee is bad and not hot enough and your cashier is so rude…@8.21 am 12/01/ 2021 .Hire people with smile please .
Worst drive thru ever!! Have spent an average time of 30 minutes or more on multiple occasions. I only go there because it's close to work. And honestly I shouldn't really be giving any stars but I guess I'd give one.
