Wasted 10 dollars on a cold hazelnut cappuccino and two frost bites cold wake up wraps. I kindly asked the lady why was the cappuccino so cold, she offered to make a new one and to keep the cold one. I told her kindly that I didnt want the cold drink just a hot one, she pours it out the window be side my car. Already wasted my money now I need a car wash too! No I never got the hot one because but now I am late for work so I drove off no refund no coffee great way to start my day! I don’t not recommend
Never order food here I don’t know how they got 4 stars but everything is microwaved and soggy barley eatable ?? for me this was last time overpriced trash food disgusting ! Dunkin really should over think their food and buy a oven to make it at least crispy.
Great, friendly service. I wanted a smoothly, they were out of banana so they let me have a choice 2 fruits to mix it tastes great. Love those potatoes and smoothly. Served in a matter of minutes. Thanks
I've gone to this location multiple times on my way to work every morning. Yesterday and today have been very disappointing. Today was the tipping scale as I received my large drink with a quarter of my drink missing? then got to work and starting eating my bacon to find a piece of hair in it. I'll attach the photo but I don't believe I'll ever come back to this location
Went this morning on my way to work, saw a bag over the drive up speaker so I assumed it was broken and needed to order at the window. After waiting 15 min I get to the window only for the lady to tell me the speaker is working. I asked if I could just order a coffee then, she told me to go get back in line!!! Seriously! She should have poured me a coffee and given it to me for free.
Well I won’t be back here! After racing over to this place tonight, I pulled up to the drive thru at exactly 7:51 pm. Mind you there are only 2 cars in front of me that are obliviously taking a WHOLE entire 8 minutes to order. They close at 8 pm btw. The lady in front of me finishes ordering and then BOOM, right at 7:59 pm, the lights turn off! So I continue driving up, bc at this point Imma just order at the window, in my mind! So they take the last customer, who they had pull off to the side to wait for her order! I pull up to the window..The black haired white girl makes eye contact with me and runs off to do something else and that’s when the blonde hair white girl, who literally just closed the window…acts as if she can’t open the window and express what she was trying to say. Cuts me off. Mumbles “have a good night sir”! Doesn’t even try to hear what I have to say and came across as very rude. I could have been bringing an order back that was made wrong. That didn’t concern her at all. Will not revisit again.
You sell donuts, ice cream and coffee. If you can't fill a donut order, why do you call yourselves dunkin donuts? I will never return.
Went here on a Saturday afternoon to get some donuts. Went inside and they said they didn't have any donuts. We left. I don't understand why a donut shop has no donuts.
I have been to all of the DDs in Raleigh and even the one in Clayton and this one is by far the best one. Consistantly good coffee. My lattes are the perfectly sweet and not bitter but not overly sweet. The food is always hot and fixed with care and not burnt and thrown together. Keep up the good and consistent work!
