The gentlemen in the drive thru are nice, but the food quality is not there yet. The food I’ve order twice now on different occasions were cold and not cooked all the way.
Pulled up to the drive thru window and no one was there drove around to the pick up window nobody was there, the store was open had no idea where the workers were, maybe they were hiding or just maybe they didn't want to take my order, so 2 stars for having invisible workers dunkin donuts
This is not the place to go when your 30 weeks pregnant and wanting doughnuts. Thursday February 24th, I stopped in at 6:27 am cause I knew they opened at 6:00 am. The lady sceen me as I turn in an the headlight went across the window. I then sat in the drive through, til I eventually just left. She could of went on the mic an told me any excuse in the world, beside ignore me an let me sit there. Specially when I know for a fact see seen me.
This is the best Dunkin in Raleigh. They have really good hash browns, Munchkins and lattes. The staff is so friendly, fast and helpful and they are always accurate with my order.
I asked for certain donuts. Im guessing they didn't have what I wanted so they gave me what they had left. Coffee was very good.
Ever who put these in the bag knew they were not editable. But they just didn't care. I am always a very generous tipper . Tip after you look in bag from now on or should I even tip?
Ordered a hot drink. They waited until AFTER they had charged my card and I had waited 12 minutes in line to tell me "the machine is being cleaned we can only do iced" why didn't you tell me that when I ordered or before you took my card??Edit to add: and they added espresso so on top of not being hot it tastes like trash

I just ordered and my bacon snack is all but raw. I’ve tried to call but all I get is a voicemail saying the voicemail box is full. I won’t be going back!
The charged me the incorrect amount but immediately fixed it and I got a free coffee.Great customer service. Love this location
