Don't fix your order ahead or let you know if something is wrong or missing in completing your order - the 3 of the employees were just chilling and laughing and took their sweet time just starting on my ordered ahead order.Then the order was made wrong, redone, and overfilled to where the frap spilled over everywhere when the dome was put on. I also had to ask for a straw because one was not given to me with my drink and the ones by the napkins were out on the customer side.The 2nd time I ordered 5 hours ahead for a late evening order. No one called me to tell me they would either be closed or closing early that day, i guess. When i headed over after the app notified me my order was ready...they were CLOSED?America can't run on dunkin if your employees can't even be bothered to perform their job right.Meanwhile, do yourself a favor and run from this dunkin in particular.

I’ve been excitedly awaiting the reopening and have given this spot a few tries. While my order is usually made correctly and well, it takes forever. Ive spent 10 minutes waiting at the drive through window for my order and longer in line. Today when I went four cars in front of me left the line after waiting a long time. I understand they may be still trying to figure out their operations but there’s no reason it should take that long especially considering that there’s rarely people ordering inside

I briefly worked at this location under the general manager, Bill. The experience was horrible as I received very little training and was basically tossed to the side any time I tried to initiate proper training. I was “let go” after a few days and no reason was given. I have yet to receive my wages from the time I work there despite reaching out to Bill multiple times via text and in person. I have been given excuse after excuse. Mind you, this has been going on since May of 2021.

I'm not gonna lie...this placed used to be terrible. I decided to give them another try since they recently remodeled and the service was great. They were quick and friendly. The best part was that the computer system was up and running.

When I tell you I got the best Bagel this morning, it was literally perfect. It was actually toasted not warmed. The male manager this morning was also amazing, so kind. Thank you.

Loved this location! We went in today for the first time in a long time. The lady that greeted us was so sweet and made a big fuss about how cute my son was. She was very helpful in making sure we knew about all the Halloween special items. She made sure they knew what we wanted and did it right. The only negative thing I would say is that I think the lady checking us out was new. I got home and realized I was charged twice for my milkshake... other than that, everyone was very nice and accommodating. I saw all the bad reviews on here and wanted to put my opinion up.

The consistently worst Dunkin location out there. Cars breeze past the drive thru to leave due to wait times, orders consistently wrong, workers are apathetic and not following local mask mandates. If the franchise owner paid attention to this location, they could double their sales in a day. Someone make that guy/gal an offer.

Order from any other Dunkin’. This location always has some issue. Multiple times I’ve mobile ordered, payed, pulled up to the window, only to find out their computer system is down. I showed them the order as I had been charged already thinking they would just make it. I was wrong to assume. I was told very rudely that “you’ll get a refund eventually have a good day” instead of just making the order that I had showed them proof of payment for. The least reliable computer system of any Dunkin’ I’ve ever been too. Save yourself the hassle and go down the road. Workers are lazy, unhelpful, never seem to understand what’s going on. Someone needs to retrain this whole staff including the manager.

I came here today to purchase a mocha blast. Some young man by the name of Jay thought this was a game and wanted to play games with me by saying they didn’t have a blast when I come like every other day. Someone from the back told him the blender machine was not working I assume after my card was charged. I asked the young man at the window with a bunch of tattoos to give me a refund on my card. He said he had refunded my card but no receipt printed out. I checked my bank while I was in the line which let me know he was lying because I work in a field that services credit card machines. Then a man comes to the window and opens his wallet after I asked to speak to the manager and handed me three dollars. Not sure what’s going on here. First you dont play with the customer and second you don’t inform a customer a refund has been made when it hasn’t. I definitely will not be coming back here anymore. They continue to hire shady characters.

Sat in drive thru 5 mins went to window. Nobody was inside but cars in parking lot. It was closed
