This place is so slowwwww!! Don’t come here in the am it will be a 20-30 wait in the drive through! Management really needs to get their training together on this! You’re missing out on a lot of business especially with commuters. Also people need to learn how to pull up closer to one another in the line. On a positive note they always make my coffee good haha
Don’t know why I keep coming here. I never get what I want. Ordered a cold brew with cold foam. Got a cold brew with whipped cream. Ordered a hot latte. Got a cold latte in a hot cup. Ordered a cold brew with pumpkin cold foam. Got a pumpkin spice latte. The list goes on. It’s all drinkable but again, not actually what I want so I’m not sure why I keep showing up.
A great Dunkin’ location! I will admit there are times the staff seems a little confused/overwhelmed but that happens to all of us!! The drive thru usually moves pretty quickly and mobile order makes it all so smooth and easy!
Fast DT, nice ordertaker, building looks nice and clean, guy handing food out could have been more attentive to customer but everything still good.
Just had a great visit to this location. Customer service was amazing and the person who gave me my order was very friendly. Today she had these electric blue nails! Anyway, her smile made my morning better and she’s great.
I think I have finally had it. This location just sucks. Obviously, several people at this particular store either have a reading or comprehension issue...smh. If this was the first or second time, I would be more understanding but this is the eighth time. Anyone who needs 10 creams in their coffee is not going to drink it with no cream at all. Sooo, I paid $15 for a coffe to be delivered that I cant drink.....8 times.....this store gets no more of my money smh
I visited this Dunkin Donuts location on 3/2/2022. There was a young person working the drive through window (had short braids) and a young guy helping with the drive through window. I stopped in around 8:15am and the drive through was very busy. These two individuals were working very hard while the manager Jay stood behind them belittling them, making them uncomfortable and he did not help. I said something to him because his actions were completely inappropriate. He should not be a supervisor at all.
They got my order majorly wrong and if I hadn't of driven so far away, before checking, I would have taken it back. People coming through the drive thru place too much faith in these businesses!!
This dunkin is always the best one to go to with the best service. Everyone is polite and cheery. I believe it is the manager, he is always spectacular. He acts enthused with each customer and his customer service is a 10. He is always working so fast and efficient and always instructing his staff as a manager should.
Stopped by this morning right before work as I do many mornings and realized that they made my drink wrong when I got to work (aka 10% espresso and 90% watered down almond milk). I circled back and went into the store for them to remake it. “Bill” who claimed to be the owner, made some unprofessional and demeaning remarks when approached about remaking my drink and proceeded to make it wrong again. I just left and called the store hoping to speak to someone else in order to get this situation fixed but Bill answered, told me there was no one else to speak to since he was the owner and said I was lying about him making remarks in the store. He claimed that it was about someone else…so either way it’s about a customer when you’re in front of about 10 customers in a small store that everyone can hear. And hung up on me when asking for a refund saying “have a nice day”. I called customer service and they explained that there’s no possible way that Bill was telling the truth about being the owner and having to be in the store making drinks. So Bill ended up being the liar! We’ll see if Dunkin does anything about this situation, but I’m never going back to that location again if any Dunkin ever.
