I had to show up at the crack of dawn to get a whooole bunch of donuts for my office. I called the night before to let the staff know. when I got there (ungodly early,) my donuts were ready to roll, my coffee was brewing (perfectly timed...it went into my 2 boxes o' Joe fresh fresh FRESH) and the people behind the counter were friendly and attentive and pleasant, even though there was a line of very hungry-looking people forming behind me. Food wise, a Dunkin is pretty much a Dunkin, but this particular location gets 5 stars for customer service.
Hands down the best experience I've had in a while! I walked in, had no idea what I wanted, and I asked the cashier Teresa what she thought I should drink today. She made the most wonderful coffee I've ever tasted! Not to mention how friendly both of the workers were! I think the other was Mckayla. Wonderful staff here!
Ordered just a black cup of iced coffee with one other car in front of me. Took forever and my coffee was room temp with melted ice. Most importantly, the kitchen looked so filthy I ended up just throwing my coffee away
Why do I let people talk me into going back here??? Very slow service. Took 3 tried to get a drink order correct, and had the nerve to be mad at us and roll their eyes because they couldn't get a simple drink right...and...forgot our food item. Rude and disrespectful staff.
I wanted a good cup of coffee while in Raleigh so I looked up the closest DD . I checked their web page and they stated they were open. So I drove there and and “ SHOCKER “. Not a soul in sight. Another reason to boycott such a poorly run company.
Quick, Great service with a smile. Food was fresh, cooked to order. I really enjoyed it.Wasn't my first choice, the other had a long line. Now they won't be any more.I do wish drive thru was open. I'm always on the run. But I understand because of Covid. Probably not enough help as most businesses right now.Was worth going in tho.
The order was wrong and when i asked for it to be corrected the person cooking was very rude and arguementative. I tried to show her it was written right on the reciept but she continued to YELL at me then she appologized when she realized she was wrong but it sure didnt seem sincere. I will NEVER go back there again. Another sandwich in my order was wrong but I wouldnt even say anything about it. Management needs to do something about how this women speaks to people when she was not even spoken to rudely. I just asked to have the order correct since I paid for it. Even the other staff looked at her with an expression of disbelief. I got the impression they were afraid of her.
Lauren in an absolute angel. I go to Dunkin every week to get my Charli, and every time she takes my order and she makes it just the way I like it! She is such a sweetheart! I went there this morning, i convinced my friend to try the Charli (she liked it by the way) and we were charged for one. We walked out with two! And she added extra caramel per usual for me! I almost started crying at the gesture. I was at a loss for words! Lauren is such a kind hearted soul, truly a wonderful person.
The staff members were very professional, friendly and accommodating.
