The drive thru was a little slow and they were missing some common donuts. I'm aware that most places are not fully staffed
Got through there quickly and the girls are nice. Though barely any cream cheese on my bagel. Might as well have just ordered a dry bagel. Coffee tastes watered down a bit
I always order ahead online and pick up my order in the drive through. I usually order a drink and 1-2 food items. Every time I pull up to get my order they hand me my drink and then close the window and walk away. Then after I sit and wait for a few minutes they come out and ask "are you waiting on something else?" and I always tell them yes, there is more to my order. Idk why they never have my complete order made--if they can get my drink right how are they not seeing the rest of my order? I have gone 10 times in the past 2 months and every time they never give me my full order initially, I always have to wait at the window for them to come back and ask me what I'm waiting on. Also--there have been many times where they are out of everything I have ordered. I know later in the day they usually start running out of things but even when I go early in the morning they are out of stuff. Getting food here is such a hassle, I will probably start to go somewhere else, it is getting frustrating.
If you're in a rush, don't go here. The staff is lovely and polite, but the service is just majorly slow. Expect to wait 20-30 minutes and watch at least 3 people leave before ordering. No, unfortunately, mobile ordering won't save you much if any time. Quality is usually standard Dunkin.
I used to go to this location everyday when the other manager was here. I have been here twice in the last 6 months and the iced coffee is watered down. Was told it was light because of thr skim milk. I get the same exact thing everyday and I know what it looks like and I know when it's watered down. I ordered iced and she asked if I wanted hot instead. Customrt service is terrible for the most part. She clearly doesn't care.Done with that place until they get management that cares
This is the best Dunkin Donuts ives ever had. The donuts were fresh, coffee the best ,service with a smile, and the assistant manager is so friendly really knows how to work the team and move ppl out the door with a smile. I was in and out not late for work,lol, I'll be going to this Dunkin Donuts from here on everyday cheap, and starts my day with a smile
The worst customer service. Idk whats the problem in this store why always always take so long even when u pre order online with their app. Always when I order is a problem, but today I pre order with their app and when arrive my order wanst ready and I stead to prepare my order the manager start taking order in front counter. Honestly this store should be close forever if they can't provide the service a customer deserve. DON'T EVEN COME BACK AGAIN. (I ORDER EVERY MORNING, SO THEY LOOSE A CUSTOMER)
This location is ok, it takes forever just to get your food, they have a lot of high schoolers working at this location went there 3 hours before closing and was told that they were "cleaning" the utensils and cutting boards they use to make their sandwiches and wraps with, safe to say I was very disappointed, if you have the time and patience to wait then you should be ok but if you don't I would not go to this location
ALL HAIL THE CHICKEN BISCUIT. It's been cone for years but they finally brought it back! Slight change of chicken, but not enough of a difference to matter. I am soooo happy. This particular Dunkin also has fresh food, not just a place to heat up pre-made sandwiches. And their black pepper bacon sandwich? Five stars just for that. Mwah!
