Terrible customer service. I asked for a chocolate croissant and they told me they were out of them at the window. No big deal, I understand supply is short right now. So I asked for a 10 count blueberry donut holes instead, the same way I normally ask for them on any day I order them. She hands me a blueberry fritter or something and I let her know that wasn't what I ordered and reiterated what I wanted. The coworker behind her snatched up the bag, took out the fritter and threw 4 donut holes in the bag, and handed it back to me. Instead of letting me just pay for what I actually asked for, which I wouldn't have mind doing if they charged me incorrectly. I didn't even get the chance to say anything because she closed the window. Definitely happy this isn't my normal dunkin.
The worst Dunkin’. Customer service sucks here. I had to wait for 20 mins before some one stop by at register to take my order.
Long wait time and the coffee was horrible. I ordered a cappuccino, but received warm coffee milk without the sweetener. If you can't make a cappuccino then don't. Let a coworker or manager that does know how to make it instead.
I’m not sure why I come back here. Every time I do I have to wait excessively before anyone acknowledges me. I don’t expect you to immediately help me if you’re busy, but simply acknowledge your customers at the register when they’re waiting 10 mins to even be noticed. The food and drinks are good, but the customer service totally ruins it. Whoever manages this location, please talk to your associates about the importance of greeting their customers in a timely manner. It makes all the difference.
Quick line and my order was perfect!
Good coffee , they had my favorite coconut donut. But not the best the most friendly
Ordered delivery on Uber eats. Added a straw for some odd reason, considering they completely forgot my drink. The bagel sandwich was also flavorless.
Love this day and age of having your lobbies closed and ovens off with a full 15mins left of being open. Kinda pitiful when struggling for business.

I ordered curbside at 944am in the parking spot as instructed on the app. I waited 16 minutes, having to call myself to find out what the delay was, before having someone bring it to me. Meanwhile the drive thru was not delayed and the people walking into the lobby were all served immediately. If the store can't handle the curbside option for ordering, it needs to be turned off. Ridiculous. And in what world does this constitute "bagel with cream cheese"? Paying extra for cream cheese to get MAYBE a tablespoon. Give me a break.
