Absolutely delicious!! So warm and fresh and now they do SHAKES!! YUMMY. You can even do a donut on top. The create your own options are the best. So many good options. Had to eat one before taking a picture lol. Couldn't wait!
Duck Donuts recently provided catering services for our wedding! We enjoyed having our guests try THE BEST donuts ever made! The owner (Brandon) was super helpful in getting us exactly what we needed. I’d recommend Duck Donuts to anyone looking for a sweet treat to make their day!
Donuts are great! Egg and cheese donut was wonderful! There were 6 staff members at 9:10 am. One working the register. Rush was over, other five were just walking around chatting. Got my egg and cheese donut at 9:19. Never Waited that long before!
Terrific donut shop in north Raleigh, and their custom creations are delicious. I like how donuts are made-to-order; you're guaranteed a hot donut, which is the best way to have them. When I'm in the area, I'm always tempted to stop (and often do!). Highly recommended.
Pretty disappointed that the donuts are no longer served hot and fresh. The last 2 trips Our donuts were hard on the edges, cold, icing too thick and sloppy. I see now they have the donuts under a heat light. Bad decision and I hope this changes. The hot and freshness is what made this place stand out.
Always fresh and hot donuts! They are hand dipped and decorated fresh. These donuts are a fluffy light cake donut. Not heavy at all. They do not sell yeast donuts here.
The donuts here are pretty dang good, but some are better than others. The Oreo one is really good, as well as the plain glaze and maple ones (we got the random box so I don't know the names).The others were just okay though, tasting more like sweets or sugar than anything else.Overall the good ones are GOOD, so they more than make up for the just okay ones. We'll be getting our donuts here a lot :)(Bonus points for the duck branding ?)

Normally a good experience but this early afternoon (02/26/2022) was terrible. Multiple employees hanging out in the back with their heads in their phones. I counted 4 employees. After the one employee took my order, he went back and returned to being in his phone. No one was paying attention to customers coming in. Not one person up front managing the front making sure customers are greeted or that their prep stations are being cleaned. Old donuts, dirty prep areas. Didn’t see anyone wash their hands after being on their phones then coming to the front to help or prepare items. I would have asked for a refund but I was just ready to get out of this place after observing everything. When I walked in and saw one customer waiting for an order with no employee out front, that should have been my clue to leave then. Won’t be back.
