I will NEVER order from this location again. The delivery driver by the name of Daniel is VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I specifically put 4th floor suite 405. He was too lazy to come up to the 4th floor to bring me my pizza. He left and took my order back to the store. I called and he advised he would bring it back. He came back and still did not bring it up. He left again and told me he was not bringing my order back. I called the store and spoke with manager which was very nonchalant about the situation. He didn’t apologize or anything. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

It was hard enough to swallow the fact you got to pay $5 for delivery than the tip. Which comes out to being more than the sandwich cost. But I accept that being lazy and want somebody to deliver my stuff. But I ordered a Philly steak sandwich and it must have had only two slices of roast beef on it so I would call it a pepper and onion sandwich.

This is not a gripe specifically with this store per se, but an entirely terrible experience with the ordering system. Apparently, at some point within the last few years since I have ordered Dominos, they installed an AI system designed to answer their phones and take orders. I wouldn't have a problem with this... if it actually worked. Three separate 5 minute phone calls where nothing answered and it was just permanent silence led me to go order online. A quick call from their call center with a request to direct me to a real person at this store led to an infinite loop of ads. This is a TERRIBLE system and while I understand that people hate dealing with constant phone calls, at least it meant that people could actually order some food. Either order online or not at all, apparently. What a world we live in.

So far, I placed an order and it sat for 45 minutes with no movement. I then proceeded to call to see about cancelling the order, and I have been on hold for 40 more minutes. In total I have spent an hour and thirty five minutes, just trying to get a pizza. If they are busy it's one thing, but they can't even bother answering the phone, or prepping my order. I really hope this location either is put under new management, or shut down.

Great work from the team over at western yesterday, everyone giving bad reviews please understand that there is a pandemic, people are understaffed, lacking people. If you are just now hearing about it then get out of the rock you live in, my food was delivered by Sam he was nice and curteous to deliver out in the snow very happy with the delivery with free item they gave me for being late

My pizza had way too much sauce and my crust had no garlic seasoning unless I specified no garlic on crust every pizz made should have GARLIC

Yikes. We ordered 2 pizzas at 12:20 AM, it’s currently 1:15 AM and it’s still in “Prep.” This store doesn’t pick up the phone either. I doubt we’ll get any food. It’s a Wednesday and they close at 2 AM, so there’s no reason we should get our order.Don’t order from here unless you want disappointment and frustration.

Says closed at 2. Orders a pizza and never moves on the tracker. Decides to go to see what's happening. One person there in the back that is just chilling in the office. If you close at 12, say you close at 12.

For the most part decent eats but service is bad sometimes...app allows you to place order app never updates status of order only for the order to be canceled/store closed/money charged with no courtesy call to let you know store is closing.

At least this place is consistent, consistently terrible. Just say no.
