HORRIBLE FOOD, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just ordered two salads from this location and what we received was definitely not up to par! I ordered a southwest crunch add steak and a triple threat with honey mustard. When my husband got the order home and we opened up the bag the southwest crunch had literally two pieces of steak on it (WHICH IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE especially when you charge $4 to add steak). Also missing the red onions and corn. Also my salad was not chopped up as it should be and lacked dressing. The triple threat also lacked the dressing and was NOT chopped up at all as it should've been as well as it was skimpy. What put the cake on the icing was I called the store and asked to speak to a supervisor and spoke to someone named Jay who stated he was a supervisor who's as very rude and unprofessional and basically stated that there wasn't anything he could do and wanted to know if I got an ail about my order and that I should be able to complain via that email and I explained to him that the email that I got only provided what my order should've been and the phone number that I just called to get him. I asked for a corporate number he said they don't have one. Needless to say we just spent over $30 on an order HORRIBLE FOOD, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Nothing diced about either of these salads and the customer service provided by Jay was AWFUL !!!!!!!
I had a chicken Caesar salad to-go from this location and after eating a piece of the chicken, I realized the chicken was completely raw. I phoned the restaurant, no one would answer the phone (despite it being within their business hours). I emailed their corporate and a Holly responded and offered me a $25 gift card… I said a $15 gift card to cover the cost of the salad I couldn’t eat would be fine. She said she’d send it to me but I never received anything.I’m sure it was just a string of accidental circumstances, but one would think serving raw chicken would be taken rather seriously, especially for a place that charges such a premium price for a salad.
Great vegan food. They have salad, wraps & bowl. A lots of vegan items they have. Customized vegan wrap was awesome. The people were very friendly & patiently took our order.
Diced is one of the best fresh food restaurants I’ve ever ordered from. In addition to tons of options, they actually cut up the food in small pieces. Hence the name. But seriously it makes the food taste so much better because you can taste all the flavor profiles in one bite!
I have ordered the Harvest Crunch bowl several times for lunch and loved it every time. I love the variety of flavors and delicious combination. The carrot ginger dressing is the best!
First time ordering from here. Ordered two different vegan bowls. The vegetables were old and slimy. The tofu was burnt. Wrong dressing was sent. Was really looking forward to fresh food. Unfortunately, disappointed with this.
Good healthy options! Tons of pre-made salad options or you can build your own. Ingredients are fresh! Staff is friendly & fast. Would dine there again.

Would not recommend. I’ve tried this place twice and had high hopes. The first time I went, I ordered the harvest bowl. When I got it, the bowl was mostly rice and the chicken tasted funky (like past it’s prime) and the other ingredients did not taste fresh either. My husband and I both agreed it was on the verge of being inedible. I chalked that up as hopefully just a one off and tried again today. I got the Cobb bowl. This time, they left out a main ingredient of the base (spinach) and again gave a whole lot of rice with not much else. Again, the ingredients did not taste fresh, the tomatoes are shriveled, and the bacon taste like bacon bits verse chopped bacon. The difference between the picture on the menu and what I got is just sad haha. Will not be going here again.
With so many salad places in the area choose somewhere else. I have given this place too many chances and they have messed up every time. They offered me a gift card after the last mess up but put it under their other location which they would then not accept. Even when trying to make their mistake right they mess up...
