Customer service and food is good . So much to choose from .

The worst we arrived at 10 40 we didn't get seated for 10 minutes and for my crippled walking disabled wife we appreciate that after we were seated. It took another 15 minutes for a server to come over and then after placing order it took almost 45 minutes for us to finally get our food after food arrived only to be cold my fries were cold and part of omelette was cold and then we were informed that sit-down guests are not important that to-go orders are important and we were lucky to get in the door because they were supposed to close at 11. Do yourself a favor and skip this Denny's unless you have a call in order then they'll probably be good to go

I ordered the ultimate veggie omelet with hash browns, and pancakes....and that was the BEST breakfast I had in a LONG time!!! And the waitress was ON-POINT!!! I commend the cook and the waitress!! I wish I knew their names!!! I was SO IMPRESSED...that I left the Cook and the Waitress a tip!!! I HIGHLY recommend this Dennys!!! A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!!??

Generally I like Denny's, but it was mother's day and it was PACKED at the door... plenty of tables available...just not enough cooks! It was a 45 minute wait, not bad considering places like IHOP was 1 1/2 wait time, however, my pancake I ordered was not completely cooked, but I understood and didn't complain. Isn't that what mother's do?! I was asked at the register how everything was and I told the young fellow, but his response was unapologetic. He simply stated that everyone seemed to have had that problem...hmmm...not sure how to take that really. Other than that...it was good ??...

Do you honestly want to know how my trip to Denny's in Garner North Carolina on May 1st 2022 was? We love the Denny chain family. When traveling that is our first choice for breakfast lunch and dinner. On May 1st we stopped at this location in Garner North Carolina and upon entering the restaurant we had to stand at the hostess's wait to be seated podium for almost 10 minutes while the two individuals in the pictures were going back and forth with each other regarding who was going to seat us. Neither one of them wanted to be cordial enough to come over and address us. This was the most unprofessional and unethical interaction I have ever had to endure at a Denny's location. It wasn't bad enough that we had to wait but they were so egregious in the conversation between the two of them bickering back and forth who was going to set us cuz neither one of them wanted to. Finally the female with the orange hair walked away leaving the guy standing there. He continued to stand there for an additional 2 minutes and then finally came over and repeated again there are three of you. Any fool can see if three people are standing in front of you for the past 10 minutes then there's only three of us. Finally he escorted us to the back of the building to be seated. Once we sat down my husband wanted to get up and walk out the restaurant but my daughter asked him if we could please stay. If it had not been for our waitress Alexis we would have left there and went to IHOP. She was the only shining light to the whole adventure at this location and we did not hold their actions against her. After she took her order the two individuals in the picture continue to mill about the restaurant like they were lost for an additional 30 to 45 minutes. Needless to say we will not ever stop at this location ever again. We will not recommend this to any of our friends or associates if they are in the area. And as for the Denny's management team at this location, you really need to train your staff better if they're going to talk about people they need to get out of earshot of those people.

20 min just for the waitress to acknowledge my table. 30 min just to get drinks. My appetizer arrived before my drinks. Then another 45 min just for food. In the 45 min of waiting for food my waitress, who didn't wrote down my order, came over to confirm what my order was. Getting a refill was a cosmic task. Debated on going and just getting it myself. The food was good. But a horrible experience overall.

These guys are okay, but when they screw up, they screw up big.

I think I’m done visiting this Denny’s. I won’t post the long diatribe of what happened today (some my fault, some theirs). The main item is that I tipped because I requested curbside, and they refused to bring it to me curbside when it was ready. Had I known we would have to go in to get it, I wouldn’t have tipped.

Don't come here often and will be staying with the Dennys off wake forest rd they have better food and staff. Heard manager scolding a waitress about not up-selling. It's breakfast dude give her a break and I don't appreciate up-selling. If I want coffee or juice I'll order it all by myself. Our waitress asked if we wanted an appetizer.... seriously it was 9am. Husband's food came our wrong but we waited so long for it we weren't going to wait for it to be fixed. Then waited for check. The person that checked me out didn't even ask how everything was.
