Not many people in there... Did not get drinks until about 20 minutes after being seated. Another 30 minutes waiting on food. Hash brown was raw....French toast was rubber... bacon was cold and English Muffin wasn't toasted.... Never was asked how our food was and when I complained to the manager....His response was he was in the kitchen trying to get our order out and by the way... here is your total and I am taking 25%off. Waitress never came to check on us until we stood up to leave. Still trying to wrap my head around how folks who came in after us got food before we even got drinks.
Walked in late in a Friday night. The wait to be seated was long, but considering they were at near capacity, was understandable. This was the closest place to eat from the hotel that was open at the hour I walked in. The food was served in a reasonable time, and was delicious. Not sure if it was my hunger from flying all day, or the portions were a little smaller than what I'm used to, I'm going to blame my stomach trying to eat itself after not eating real food for several hours. Would gave ordered more, but I didn't want to be rude to those waiting to be seated.
We ate brunch after a long morning. For starters, our waitress was friendly. However, she got my order wrong...twice. In addition, the person whom was packaging the silverware had only one glove on. The glove that was holding the little bag, in which, the utensils were placed. This person was using their bare hand to pick up clean utensils and place into the bag. This is not about Covid, just simple hygiene. You're handling people's utensils with your bare hand??♀️My hash browns were a bit too crispy. Hardly found and soft pieces. Overall, this place was quaint.
Delicious!!! Very personal welcome for the patrons who are returning to eat again. Clean fast and efficient! Great choice any time of day!! Special shout out to James for a welcoming smile and attention to detail. Great job!
Food was very good, but the wait to be seated was quite long. I cannot blame the staff as nearly every seat was occupied when I stopped in. The food was delicious, but I had wished I had ordered more, not due to the portions, but because I had spent most of the day traveling and was much hungrier than I originally thought. Will stop in again, but not so late, when all the nearby restaurants have closed.
My daughter took me out on Mother's day. It was fabulous. Haven't been feeling well. Had cancer surgery and radiation so appetite has been really off. The whole experience from getting in the door greeting, drinks order ,food, service was awesome. I had the steak and red skin potatoes and just right zucchini and squash. Oh my goodness the squash was cooked just right I asked Nianna if she could insure that vegetables were cooked done but not mushy she insured the cook had done them just like I liked them they were on the money. As I sat and watched, Kia and Nanna were constantly.moving. Made my day Store was clean customer service fabulous and food was delicious. Magnificent experience
The T- Bone Steak was cooked to perfection and large at that!! Great flavor and melted in my mouth. Also, the mashed potatoes and Zucchini was delicious. Our waiter did a great job of keeping my glass filled with Sweet Tea my whole meal. The staff was nice and friendly and wore their mask the whole time. Unexpected great experience. Outback Steakhouse is in trouble with Denny's cooking steaks of this quality and stature. Well done Denny's!!!
I asked Michelle today if I could just get a pile of veggies and hashbrowns. She didn’t bat an eye. I could hear her communicating with the line cook about the ticket and she was firm in her advocacy for me saying “no egg! Just veggies and hashbrowns!” When the food was in the window, she praised the line cook with multiple compliments and encouragement! She exclaimed “oh my goodness this looks so good! Wow! You did this perfectly! Great job!” Indeed, this was perfect. Delicious, satisfying, and exactly what I envisioned for my lunch today. Thank you Michelle and the line cook that made my day! ?

This location has some really nice employees and the atmosphere is comforting. It reminded me of a small diner from my home town or my grandmas kitchen. There was a wide selection of food as well and it all came out great!
