Thought I had finally found a gluten free option in transfer food hall, turns out thay the 2 times i have previously had the pork belly here my server has just made up the allergen information, and assured me that it was 100% gf both times. I was not impressed to find out today that the marinade has soy sauce, and that both staff on today and previous visits didn't seem to know that there is wheat in regular soy sauce, this is an allergen and you should really take this stuff seriously! I was also not impressed that they also seemed the need to state that 'i hadnt had a reaction'. Coeliac disease is a serious illness that affects people long and short term, and can be extremely painful and uncomfortable for weeks. If i blamed random businesses every time i had a reaction that would be unfair, as the source of contamination is hard to know, especially if businesses are not honest or trained to communicate allergy advice. For any coeliacs out there: do not trust this business when they mention gluten or allergens.
In April, 2022 Dank Burrito in Moorehead City, NC catered an event for us and our 70 guests. The food was awesome. The staff of 2 who served us were friendly and professional. Everything from set up to break down went smoothly. Kaitlin was fantastic to work with. I would highly recommend them for a special event or just for a meal. Can’t wait to eat there again. Loved it!!!
Ohh what can I say Dank Burrito is the way to go if you are ever downtown Raleigh! Although silly me I didn’t get a Burrito I got tacos lol but THEY WERE SOOOO GOOD!!Got the “Honey Truffle Buffalo Soft Tacos”✨❤️
Ordered from Dank today for lunch through Door Dash. Food was absolutely amazing. Loved the combo of ingredients in the chicken teriyaki bowl. The chips have a great seasoning blend on them also. This is my first time in Atlantic Beach and I'll definitely be ordering from here again in the future
Prior to visiting, I had always heard good things about this place. I tried it out for myself and Dank Burrito definitely lived up to the hype. I had a simple keto salad bowl and it was delicious. Next time, I'm trying a burrito. You're in the downtown area, I highly recommend.
Didn’t get the chicken on our jerk chicken bowl. Portions were small. Toppings were skim. Mostly rice and beans with not a lot of flavor. Nothing dank about it. Chipotle hits much harder, imho.
Order from Uber eats where they have spectacular photos of fresh, crispy burritos and received the complete opposite. It smelled like the fish on the mahi-mahi had turned, was mushy and not at all crispy. The truffle honey buffalo chicken burrito was a complete let down as well. The only flavor you could taste was bean and tortilla. The Pico de gallo looked like it has been sitting in the fridge for days and not fresh in the slightest.We also ordered a half gallon of sweet tea that was not given to the driver with our order.Highly disappointed. Don’t waste your money here.
Love this restaurant! The Pork Belly is my favorite, this time I did it with Banh Mi, the Kimchi is amazing too! Amazing Fusion restaurant with unique flavor profiles! Also Health Department score of 100% is huge!! Great job to everyone with Dank!
I'm giving it 2 stars because I have had good food from there once, but this last time gave me good poisoning. I had the fried shrimp burrito. When I began to eat it, the shrimp didn't have any crispy coating, but I was too hungry to really care. Everything seemed like it tasted fine, I didn't eat the whole burrito but a couple hours later I was in the bathroom throwing it back up.Again, I have had good food there before but I feel like someone missed it bad with the quality control this time.
Dank burrito? More like stank burrito. This place was trash. Don’t waste your money.
