Ordered a mint milkshake with no issues. I asked to use the restroom and was told that they didn’t have restrooms available for customers. Instead, the employee recommended that I use the restroom across the street at another restaurant, Alpaca. I’m baffled that paying customers can’t even use the restroom. Perhaps I should’ve went to Alpaca’s for lunch!

If i could give 0 stars i would the fact that this is what they are okay with giving a paying customer This is what i have to give my daughter for her 16th birthday Let’s start of with just the words it looks like 3 different people wrote each word the words are on a slant the 16 looks like a 5 year old did it and the colors don’t even match as you can see i would definitely not recommend this place

My partner and I arrived at 9:13PM last night. There were three workers, one loud young lady, a young man, and a very quiet young lady. The LYL was talking orders intermittently while also preparing orders. The young man was making orders. The QYL we didn't even see until we'd been there for a couple minutes, presumably she was mixing the peanut butter for a peanut butter parfait for a woman from what we could hear. There were three groups in front of us. While we were there, one groups order was taken and another group left after waiting five ish minutes. After another couple minutes, the group in front of us had their order taken. The woman who had ordered the PBP received a sorry excuse of one. The LYL served it to her after asking her how to make it. I worked at a DQ for five years from 15-20 years of age. The 'curl on the top' was something driven into us for any sundae that were could get it on, as well as the signature sundaes like the PBP. This PBP not only didn't have everything in all the layers, but it also had a horrible top ice cream layer, fudge drinking down the side of the cup, and no peanuts on top. The woman who was served it was understandably upset, and asked for a refund or a remake. Apparently there was no manager present to give a key turn on a refund. Normally that would be fine because it would be remade. However, instead of immediately remaking the item, LYL started making other orders. The young man eventually remade the item when he noticed the woman waiting and it was beautifully executed. The three of them continued making orders, who for, I don't know, since they weren't going to anyone in the store 50% of the time. At 9:25 (our order still hadn't been taken), the young man announced (rudely imo)to everyone in the lobby that they were closing at 9:30 and not everyone would be served because they had to close. As expected, everyone in line was less than pleased. We were willing to wait regardless because we had been there will before close. When I worked at a DQ (2006-2011 ish) However, at 9:27, the young man changed the ice cream bag. Again I've worked at DQ. If you've changed the bag recently, the best you'll get out of the machine for 10 minutes is ice milk. So my partner and I left. I don't know if anyone else got what they wanted, but we'll not be returning.

Staff had problems with the card machine, but they got thru it ok. The machine asked me what for tip I wanted to give, so I gave a 20% tip, generous, I thought, for no nuts on my sundae (was told nuts are xtra charge), and no queso dip for my pretzels (supposed to come with the pretzels, no xtra charge). Also, I didn't think of it while I was there, but I got no receipt, so I have to call to find out my balance. This DQ used to be a brazier not long ago, and I'm disappointed there's no grill & such flim-flam, inattentive service. Not the worst, but it seems it used to be lots better only a year ago. 18MAY2022 Wednesday p.m.

Ordered two drinks one smoothie one orange Julius. Waited there for 10 mins. Watched 8 people get their order before me when they ordered after me. Will not go back after that performance.

This place constantly does a poor job ..today I gave them a second chance because I felt like ice-cream..I ordered a banana nut blizzard and they served unripe bannans that were as hard as the walnuts. I could not tell the difference. When I asked them why they were doing that to people they said they didn't know what the difference was. Avoid that place if you want a good day at the ice cream parlor.

My experience was not great. I waited a long time for my Turtle Blizzard. Several people who came in after me were served before I received my order. Then when my Blizzard was ready the young lady just handed it to me. I mentioned that she did not turn it upside down and she just looked at me, mumbled something under her breath and walked away. Did you change your policy regarding the blizzards, if so take down the signs hanging in the Raleigh, NC Brier Creek store or train your employees better.

Best ice cream ? ever must

I love dairy queen but the prices have been outrageous lately. This time last year I'd pay around $8 for 2 large Choco brownie extremes and now it's over $11. That's insane.

Please teach the employees how to fix a blizzard. I ordered an oreo blizzard, and once I ate the top, there were no more oreos. Just ice cream. So disappointed
