Had a really bad experience! We made a curbside pickup order and we were missing items. We called and we were told to wait in the drive through line for the items before the person on the phone even knew what we were missing. Upon bringing it up, we were told (or pretty much screamed at on the phone) the items were unavailable. So we would have been waiting in the drive through line to find out we weren't getting them. The staff was rude and the whole experience was pretty miserable.
I just felt like treating myself to a sweet treat and got myself a Blizzard and a soda and I heard the employee answer another customer that they offer a Pup Cup and I asked for one and he gladly made me one!! I'm sure it's better than Starbucks by a mile ??❤️. Great service here anytime I have come through the drive thru!
Hamburger -not hamburger meat at all I like mustard but dang way too much, lil round cheese things- good and nice portion, onion rings-good, blueberry slushie- great, turtle custard- good, drive through- slower than molasses gas is too high for that. I didn't go inside due too being in a rush but got jacked for time waiting in drive through. Cashier both- worthy of a raise, good customer service. I 'd stop at another dairy dairy Queen, may even go back to that one just would never order another cheeseburger or anything with hamburger meat on it.
Very busy. I go inside and see a sign that say mobile orders. There is a worker having idol coversation. With recipt in hand I said excuse me I am hear to pick up a cake. She points to the freezer. I began looking then asked how do tell which is mine. I held up the recipt and she acted as if I was speaking a language she did not understand. My husband ordered the cake and told Synia what he wanted on the cake. So when the rude women came she screems my husbands name. I asked her where is the name that was suppost to be on the cake. She said idk. I figured that was true it was not much that she knew. Hate half axx service. Will not order from them ever again.
Went to this location and was highly disappointed. Their customer service is HORRIBLE! Then they have a manager who doesn't know anything or know how to do anything. Example she doesn't know how to process a refund. Never had an encounter with Cary or Brier Creek location. Will NEVER return to New Bern Ave
I placed a mobile order before leaving home on March 20, 2022. I was told that the order would be ready by 2:27 PM. My food was ready promptly upon arrival but my ice cream was not. I literally waited inside 15 minutes to get my ice cream. My food got cold in the process. The staff members nor the manager offered any type of apology. They also didn’t offer to give me a fresh replacement order nor any type of coupon for the inconvenience. I say all of this to say that you’re better off going to either Coldstone, Baskin Robbins. Etc.
Don’t even want to give one star. The manger there name Brandon was very rude. The cashier got my order right and manager made it wrong and when I told him he was very rude. He kept screaming and telling me it’s coming!! And laughing. And had the nerve to tell me bye bye when leaving. There was a couple employees there that witness his behavior. I came in to get ice cream for me and my family. I will not be coming back to that location.
I was NOT happy to pay over $3 for something I could have got for much cheaper at McDonald's. I ordered a medium but it more looks like a small plus they were out of the toppings that they are most famous for. Smh
We like this DQ, have been going for years with no issues. Even better now that the dining opened back up!
my boyfriend and I each got a four piece chicken strip basket. He Got four pieces I got three, And they were smothered in sauce making them look unappealing and inedible.
