So disappointing! Our waiter was actually good but he (alex) was the only one working in the entire restaurant. Needed a drink refill and tried to get the bartender but she was no where to be found. The two girls in this picture were talking and kept looking at me but never offered help. I feel for all business trying to hire people that don't care. The oysters tasted old. If you are a seafood person you know they should not taste like a pool of oyster water. 6 tables in the restaurant and a manager could not come by. 7 employees walking around and still noone can help.
it's a shame this company hired someone willing to lose business over 8$ ....I HAD to change my reviews on this location EVERYWHERE I COULD .. I come to this place every few months .. the food is still good portions are smaller and small and price still the same .. the wait staff and managements are NEVER the same ... Today I spent $200 on 2 dine in orders and one to go ... They forgot a 1/2 of clam I ordered and rather than offer to replace it or refund some. Of my money .. THE GENERAL MANAGER REFUSED ... said because she packed it herself she knew it was in there but the . pictures shows other wise .. I asked for 1/2 lb headless crab 1/2 lb shrimp 1/2 clams .. no corn add eggs .. 3 corn and 2 eggs are basically the same. Price according to their menu... So I'm not sure what she was thinking .. We got half a hand of crab legs 3 shrimp 1 egg and clearly she put corn in it ...and definitely isn't any clam .. I will NEVER spend another done in this crabshackscam
We were here last night while on vacation and had a combo of crawfish, shrimp, and snow crab in the Boom (kitchen sink) sauce. Absolutely fantastic! The flavor was everything we were craving and the hush puppies were perfect for soaking up the sauce. Also the service was excellent; our waitress, another waitress and even the guy at the host stand all checked briefly to see how we were enjoying the food/drinks. We felt so welcomed! I’d give it ten stars if I could.
1st time I went the waiter forgot my order and I had to wait to get my food while others at my table ate. Next time I came it was a MUCH better experience! Both times food was amazing!
I don't know what they put in my steam bag, but it tasted like a dream. It could've been a combination of the food and margarita or the date that was with me, but I enjoyed it all! I had a lobster tail, a pound of king crab legs, and a half pound of headless shrimp. It came with corn and red potatoes. I had crafty cajun and buttery garlic as my seasoning with medium spice. Oh how I wish I could have some now. I'll be back soon!

I hade a reservation for a large party for my Sons 18th bday today. I visited this restaurant a month ago and was very nice and the food was amazing. Today however, It was 2:25 before we were seating, it took a hour and 15 mins from the time we were seated until orders were taken. Then another 30 mins to get orders done. And so on and so on. The food came, a few orders weren’t right. While the waitress was nice and I helped her with issuing drinks and food items to speed up the process, at no time was there an apology for the slow service. I understand staffing has been affected due to COVID but if that is the case you maybe been to limit taking large parties until staffing is better. One last thing….. I was most disgusted with the cleanliness of the bathroom. I literally had to take the cleaning supplies you had on rail outside bathroom to clean the bathroom enough for myself and family to use. The strong urine odor was overwhelming. For you to had only been open 2 hours I’m assuming no one cleaned the restroom before opening. There weren’t any paper towels either . I had to use some from a table. For a bill over $300 including a $43 tip I was not happy with my experience today.

We dropped in for a quick appetizer before an event just to grab some oysters. We had half a dozen raw oysters, half a dozen steamed oysters with boom sauce, and half a dozen steamed scallops with boom sauce. I would love for the oysters to be local since we are in local oyster season; however, the northeast oysters were fresh and sweet. It hit the spot and the bloody Mary was perfect!
Oh man we had a great time! Food was great. Waitress was on point with all 9 of us in the group! Then before we knew anything the DJ set up and it was all fun from there. My friends were dancing and having fun with other people in the restaurant! Great place and environment! If you are in Raleigh and want seafood and a cold beer this is the spot!
