We ordered Ceviche and Watermelon Salad for appetizers. Both were very flavorful. Tuna and Bulgogi Steak entrées were delicious.
This was my first time in Raleigh. Cortez was one of the recommended places to eat. The food was good. I had the Gambas Al Ajillo (shell-on shrimp in garlic butter lemon sauce + toasted bread) and Yass Girl (drink)...just enough and amazing! Definitely will be back in the Winter.

Cortez is a hip spot. Sit on the porch if you can. Itâs less crowded and a little less noisy. Inside youâre so close together the convo from the next table tends to bleed into your ownâ¦because theyâre 2ft from you. The food is fantastic. Youâre going to spend some moneyâ¦but go sit on the porch and order a bunch of small plates.
Had a really nice time with friends. Really excellent flavors , excellent service.
