Half of my order was right the other half was no where near what I ordered. The food was hot, but fries were surprisingly over cooked. The oil may need changing. The sweet tea was very weak in strength/color and barely sweetened. Maybe it was just this Capital Blvd location, because the Cookout in Cary is always fresh and the sweet tea is amazing. Atmosphere was very dingy at this location. In need of a powerwasher immediately. The cashier at the window literally stared at me after asking for a straw and BBQ sauce. Yikes...I'll stick to.the Cary location. Capital Blvd location is the worst!
Open late and super fast service. Especially if you walk up.Unlike all the mexican fast food joints.Two were closed at 10pm... The other had 12 cars in the drivethru...
One of the worst experiences at this restaurant. I’ve waited almost an hour for my food. I only ordered 3 items. An freaking hour. The person at the window was clueless and smelled like weed. Wasn’t helpful. Workers were rude. The manager too. They raised the prices but the burgers be small af for a huge burger. The portions are less now but the price the same smh. Honestly this location needs to be shutdown and reopen. Or hire better workers and train them better. I shouldn’t have to wait an hour for my food exp for 3 items. Please fire your manager. Rude and condescending. Stop having kids work these places. Trash service. Don’t come here.The parking is trash.Stop chRging more money for less food. Greedy af
Got a big double burger tray. Burger was not big. It had 2 overcooked small patties that couldn't have weighed more than 3 or 4 ounces. Bun was falling apart like it was starting to dry out. Fries overdone. Everything was hot but still a disappointment. Price is right but maybe raise price and give a decent size hamburger. Even McDonalds cheap little cheeseburger is larger that what I got.
Great quick fast food. I forgot the young ladies at the windows name, but great customer service. My chili cheese fries & Cajun grilled chk. No bun was delicious.
Been coming here for a few months and enjoy the food. There is no inside dining so it's limited to the two drive thrus. Which makes it difficult at times. Sometimes the cars stretch out to the street and makes things difficult. The line usually moves steadily and doesn't take too long. Great food and never had a bad experience with an order being incorrect. I've had a time when there was entirely too much onion on the sandwich but luckily not much else.The milkshakes... Are the best. Get them. They've been much thicker lately basically flurries it seems but I think it's a late night thing. I've gone earlier in the day and they weren't as THICC.

I swear, EVERY. SINGLE. SOLITARY. TIME. EVERY. SINGLE. STORE. ALL of them ALL OF THEM, NEVER get my order right. I hadn’t been in almost a whole year. Forgot all about this. I asked THREE TIMES, on a sandwich that COMES WITH lettuce, tomato, pickles, to ADD onion and extra mayo.Get my sandwich, NO lettuce, NO tomato, they did give me pickles and the onion though. I think this is my last and final time eating at Cook Out. Must be a prerequisite to get hired.Rule #1 NEVER give the customer what they ask for.If that wasn’t enough they handed me a cup with a toothpick size hole in it. It leaked all over my car and my son. He was very upset about it. They literally just handed me an empty cup and tried to just stick it underneath the leaking cup and hand it back to me. I was like, “yeah-no…”Last review for this place, I will no longer eat here anywhere. I’m done trying.
We all got shakes with fries and onion rings. The shakes where amazing! My malt was great! And the food must of been good because the kids smashed.
Wait was super long as usual. I don't eat the food here. Only stopped because it's what my daughter wanted. The young lady at the window was super nice tho.
