You don't go to cook out expecting fast service you go expecting good food late, and the wait is always worth it. I was blown away at how efficient this cook out was. The first time I went here I thought I got lucky the second time I got to speak to the GM who actually was manning a window and they are obviously doing something right. I was truly blown away which is not something I expected of a cook out.

Went about 3 am longs where long but moving. Order was correct. Ain’t no other place top Cookout. They need a raise. I can see them making 15 to 18 a hr

Generally speaking, Cook Out is decent. The food is good enough and the milkshakes are fantastic. The drive-thru line is fairly efficient and they always tend to get your order correct. However, there are some things that are lacking. For example, the parking lot is extremely small and this causes traffic jams almost nightly. The price has increased dramatically over the past 3 or so years. You could previously get an entire Cook Out tray for just over $5.00 and now it is just over $8.00. I can eat much healthier for the same cost if not cheaper so the desire to go here has diminished over the years.

Some of the rudest and most unprofessional employees I’ve seen in a long time. Don’t plan on ever coming back to this location again.

Always good food. Sometimes late at night the drive thru is stupidly long. But worth the wait in my opinion.

Cook out seems to be going down hill more and more in most places while they keep raising the prices. My wife ordered the chicken club sandwich which showed a certain price, well when you get to the window the price is $1.40 more for cheese and bacon which is described to already be on the sandwich for the lower price. That is frustrating when their prices don't reflect accurately and you get charged additional ridiculous amounts for things that are already supposed to be on the sandwich. Even the cost for the cookout trays have gone up and they hardly give you any cheddar cheese bites. We've decided to stop coming to cook out much anymore.

The food is very affordable, burgers were pretty good. Fries were good except they put cheese sauce on it. The shakes are chunky and taste homemade but kind of icy. If you prefer a smooth, creamier shake you may not like. Overall, a good burger place.

Third visit in a row in the last two months where they haven’t had quesadillas or wraps. The Cary location has never let me down or been out. Worth the extra ten minutes of a drive to not worry about getting what you want.

It’s my go-to cook out location. The drive through is speedy and they’ve rarely gotten my order wrong. The food is consistently good and the prices keep me coming back. Nothing’s better after a night of drinking with friends!

I love cookout , I’n general I’ve loved cookout since I was a child, me and my wife come to this cookout often because it is so close by to where we stay , but I must say , this has to been the worst cookout location I have ever been too, the staff is always incredibly rude, vulgar , and mean, with their snotty looks, eye rolling, and slamming of the window when I ask for sauce ext. the food at this location is 3/10 it’s never fresh, always cold. On a good day they’ll give me fresh Cajun fries ! Also my wife has worked at cookout for about a year , so we already know that when ordering a milkshake of course it’s supposed to spin or mixed in , whenever I order a milkshake from this location my toppings/ mix ins are either all the bottom , or all the top, today just put the icing on the cake when I asked for extra honey mustard and ketchup and they gave me about 2 ketchup packets for 3 trays all with fries !?! And 2 honey mustards for three trays with nuggets ! From now on I’ll be driving to the new bern ave location if I want cookout , they never disappoint. Western blvd cookout location is terrible for business.
