I would not even give this restaurant one star. I ordered through the drive through and when I picked up my food, my drink had been left out of the order. I asked where my drink was and was told I never ordered a drink and there was nothing that could be done. I then park my car, got out, and walk to the order window to order my drink at 6:18pm. I waited twenty minutes and finally at 6:40pm, I asked about where my order was. The girl at the window then handed me a melted shake that had been sitting. I asked for another shake because the one handed to me was nasty and the girl’s response was attitude. I would never eat her again, and advise you to do the same.
Food was good but did not appreciate someone charging my card an additional $7.34. I guess staff or someone else got a free meal on me. Make sure you get a receipt and keep it a few days and check your debit or credit card statements after purchase. Unacceptable! ....UPDATE: Kudos to corporate as I did get a swift call back after calling corporate. They were courteous and interested in the problem and willing to remedy the issue as quickly as possible.
OK late post but I was so upset with this place it's sad each time I give them a try to make it right it get worst I just wanted a burger ? this turned out all wrong and bad I asked the cashier was very rude disrespectful very unprofessional i aske for a burger with heavy onions extra mayonnaise ketchup pickles a little chili the sides was chili cheese fries as you can see everything was all wrong and all bad as I drove off something told me to stop and check my food and I did little behold this is what I get I turned around the whole time I had my sister on the phone with me the young man didn't know she was on the phone she heard everything I asked for and how rude he was I said sir this is all wrong and bad he got very disturbing downright sad for all his wrong doings the manager came over let's say he was in a loss for words after everything but gave me a fake number to corporate the only reason I'm posting this is because I never heard back from corporate and when I say things escalated to the point that young man should no longer be there this is not something you sweep under the rug this was a very serious matter that needed to be handled it wasn't about the food at this point it was about words that was spoken I understand everybody needs a job but when it come down fast food restaurants people need to understand without no customers it's no place nor do they have a job not saying customers are right all the time but in this situation I was all the way around after I pulled off with the food they took the merchandise back through the window everything and there was mad because I wanted my money back
Late night Tuesday night. Around 1am. The drive through line was pretty long but they were quick. Food was good and hot.Overall: very pleased.
The intercom on the left side is barely working. It makes it very difficult to here the person. When we got to the window they gentlemen didn’t say a word to us. We got milkshakes and they were good. Not the best shopping center to eat in your car. Past 1030-11 on a weekend expect to wait in line a while.
9/10 your order is wrong. I only go cause its the only late night fast food near me. For the mess up of the night, the amount of coleslaw they gave me in my cup is a literal joke. Did you guys run out? Cause I wouldve gotten something else…
Great food as usual! Got a grilled chicken sandwich tray- one of my favorites! Good price and great service even though the speaker was broken. Will go again and again!
The bread on my burger was so soggy, the hush puppies were extremely hard and the coke tasted like Clorox. Never again. This place is so sloppy. We ended up throwing the food away. DO NOT COME HERE.
Great food OBVIOUSLY. Very understaffed took a bit long to get the food but the staff was very nice and got my order right so what more can you ask?!
They messed up my order every time i go.. Employees needs better training
