Zero for customer service. Food was ok. Went through the drive thru. Cashier rude, didn't want to repeat the order back to me, I had several special dietary needs. When I got the order I pulled forward so I could check the order. It was wrong. Cashier made a comment to the car behind me about what I was doing, checking my order. They laughed. Unnecessary amount of attitude from a customer's perspective.
I never write reviews and Usually the service is great but the unnecessary attitude from an employee for her to still get my order wrong will make anyone want to drive to another location. I just wanted a hot dog sis. No shade all tea. A huge tea that is.... But love thy neighbor.
Late night food after hitting the bars. Really low quality even for fast food standards. The shake wasn't sweet. The burger was so over cooked it just tasted like char. The fries and BBQ sauce were the only things worth eating. Should've just hit a Culver's.
I love their BBQ sandwich and the cole slaw is delicious. I go by and purchase some when I'm making hotdogs at home. The employees are quick and friendly at the drive-thru. ?
Went through at a very busy time . (1:30 monday)the young lady that was taking the orders and handling the monies was absolutely amazing. Even though she was obviously swamped she was taking everything in stride and taking care of business..... kudos. I will be stopping by there when I'm in the area just because of her attitude.
My sister insisted this is the best food when you're drunk. Maybe that's why it wasn't great for me. I was the sober one. I'm also not from the area (I'm from Idaho) I didn't get what I ordered but we waited so long and I want about to try and go back through that line again
Best dang BBQ plate for under $6.00..! Great staff that get you through the line quick. Hell of a menu other than the excellent barbecue. Too many shakes to even mention. Easy in and out, but small parking lot.
Dependable quality BBQ at a great price. Love those hush puppies... excellent fries, too. Even with long lines, this crew pushes them through, and every car is greeted with a smile.
Have visited multiple times well over 30 minutes before closing (sometimes an hour). And every single time I've waited at the speaker for 15 minutes saying, "Hello?" Then pulling up and making eye contact with multiple people inside who put their heads down and pretend to be busy. Nobody comes to the window, even after seeing you wave and mouth "Hello!" This has happened on 5 different occasions over the course of 3 months.If you're not going to be open-late, or continueto hire and keep employees that have the motivation of a salt shaker. Then just close at 2200 or 0000 like normal places. I gave this a chance thinking it may have been a fluke. But 5 times? Not too mention, every 1 in 2 times we've gone during the day our orders (very simple burgers) have been wrong or just sides completely forgotten.
Sometimes your burger is over grilled. I ordered a big double burger Cookout Tray Cheddar style. I only recieved one patty. I called to let them know and the Manager tried to help me but, I didn't feel like driving back up there for a corrected burger.
