My favorite ice cream joint. The toppings are a dollar tho so keep that in mind if you like to mix in a bunch. The tall guy there will hook you up tho and is not stingy with the ice cream.
The sales associate was not wearing a mask or gloves. He also was managing the cash register and serving ice cream which is unsanitary.
Terrible customer service skills! The one young lady serving me and my daughter did not have take my order correctly and told me what I wanted lol! Who does that?! Sad that this is the closest one to me. I won’t be coming here again.
We purchased an Ice Cream cake to celebrate a birthday. The cake was damaged or poorly made. I can’t really determine which. The bottom layer is crumbled away. And the gold serving round that it comes on is smeared and dirty. It doesn’t look like a good example of a Coldstone Creamery cake. I called the store to report the problem and ask if I could return the cake and be given a new one that would be nice for the party. I was treated very rudely by the employee who answered the phone. Initially she attempted to explain away the poorly made cake and give reasons why it wasn’t as pictured. She told me that because of COVID 19 restrictions I could not return the cake or receive a refund. In frustration she placed me on hold to call the manager (Bob). Sadly, I was still not offered a suitable solution. I was told that the manager backed what I was told and that I could not exchange the cake or be refunded. I asked for the Corporate phone number for Coldstone and was told to “google it!” I asked for the manager’s name so that I could reference him when I called and was only given Bob.. I then asked for the young lady’s name that I was speaking to and was told that she didn’t feel comfortable giving me her name. How then should I place my complaint?? I don’t think she meant it, however I felt disrespected and disregarded. Manager (Bob) said he’d call me Monday regarding the problem? It’s 6:00 pm on Friday.. A call back 3 days after the Birthday is unacceptable. By the end of the call I was able to get the Store number from the employee. This is my neighborhood Coldstone. I will not return.
Ordered a cake yesterday via phone call, we gave our name phone number and even paid for the cake. We arrived this morning to pick it up and the cake was nowhere to be found. The young lady in the front had an attitude and kept questioning whether or not we had ordered it. We showed her the phone call and the credit card charge while she was arguing with her manager over the phone. 20 minutes later we just took the plain cake with no writing to get out. Horrible customer service, go to another location.
I will never visit this location again in life. Hope everyone stop using this location and go to the other ones. I ordered a custom cake for my son 36th birthday, it’s been about 5 years since we shared his birthday together since we live so far apart. Picked up the cake on 9/12 there was a hair on the cake, called the store the girl said I will let the manager know and he will call you on Monday, Monday came no call so I called him. First he said he needed a picture told him I had a picture then he said he wanted the cake threw the cake away, it’s Covid-19 can’t take nothing back but I have a picture and my receipt he got smart and did nothing called corporate and still haven’t heard anything. Please stop patronizing this place. They boxed it, put in a bag yet still no one seen the hair on the cake. Sad!
Ice cream was fine. Place got crowded. Couldn't hear anything the server was saying. No hand sanitizer available. I asked for sanitizer and was ignored. Made me sign a receipt with pens everyone are touching even during covid worries. Sure enough, I forgot and placed my finger in my mouth a few minutes later to remove a chocolate chip. Hope I don't get ill.
I miss could stone a lot! I used to work subway next to the cold stone. The owner from cold stone and he's wife, he's son, he's employees all that people are very sweet very nice! I got free ice cream from there few times. They are very friendly specialty the owner is very kind and great parson. I moved in Michigan last year. And I miss them so much!
I was there at 2 in the afternoon on a school day, so I was the only customer in the restaurant, which meant I got served right away. I only saw the one employee, but there may have been others in the back. I enjoyed the ice cream, the place was clean, and I'd definitely stop back in when in the area.
